The fact this was answered in the car almost “vlog” style and not talking head at the desk or podcast studio is masterful. If that wasn’t intentional it was the perfect mixup related to the question!
Sean, I think you should start an Ask Sean show. Just because Gary Vee has one doesn't mean no one else can do it 😂😂😂
I wish I have watched this video before starting my channel. But at the end of the day the most important thing is how popular you are. When I found out that I could trigger organic growth after getting first 1000 subs (using a bit of Famester), my life got a lot easier and my channel blew up massively. People are just looking at your numbers when searching for some content. If you have low subs no one cares about you even if you have best content on platform.
I hope UA-cam's algorithm will move towards being fairer the quality of my work is very higher than very channels, but UA-cam doesn't pay attention to me. It's been more than a year since I started working.

I use to get really frustrated, trying to make my fish keeping content entertaining,
Ive reached a point where I know my content is good (always looking to improve more) , it's just a waiting game now.
Thank you so much for this, my UA-cam channel is new and it is about crop production. I've been trying to put out vlogs that'll make the channel more interesting and see Agriculture from a young girls perspective.

My last videos (2-3.30 min videos) have 50-62 % average duration time each , their first 30 sec have 58-74% Average duration time, their CTR's are from 4.8 - 8 % ... still my channel is not blowing up , what else can I do ?

I struggle with this. I create mostly educational/how-to content. I see some channels with a more VLOG or story-based videos. I struggle to get good content (lighting, audio, correct words, etc.) trying to film during the process. My videos are mostly talking head with voice over of b-roll. I think that makes good educational content, but it can be a bit boring.
Thanks for sharing! Maybe sprinkling in a few jokes can help with the entertainment aspect

Sean, this is the video I’ve been waiting for, for a long time. I NEEDED THIS!!!! I became restricted to a certain style of content that I started loosing the creativity I know I have but ultimately the Love I have for content creating. My channel centers around “Voice Acting” and everything that comes with it which usually includes Animation, Anime and Video Games, I also found ways to incorporate my faith as a “Christian” in my videos which to my surprise so many people respected and loved about what I was doing. Man I needed this video more than ever. Thank you Sean. This really meant a lot to me. 😤💪
