I'll never forget this album. I discovered it when I was 22, around 2013 I think. Got me through really harsh times of survival.

LOVE this album. Always have. Some artists can't stand the music they made in the past. However, there re those of us who love those albums nonetheless!

This is one of the best albums ever made. I was a fan of A.P. and N.R. for years, had no clue Daniel was N.R. until like a year ago, blew my fucking mind.
Fun Fact: In 2015 I rereleased this album as Aesthetic Perfection because most of the songs written for Blood Spills... were *supposed* to be on my debut Close to Human. @@selfdestruct3504 Thanks for the link! That track sounds *very* similar to Spilling Blood, but it's not actually it. Plus, they would have needed our permission to use it for such an event (we would gladly grant it!) but we haven't received any requests.
Not sure how the re-release will differ from this one, but also started listening to AP so who knows how its gonna be like
+Vig1lante 90% of the music is still the original recordings, just with better production, and the vocals were re-recorded. That's about it!
@@ClosetoHumanMusic Hey man, I dont know if you'll read this but I've just been listening to your re-recorded version of Spilling Blood (fan of this track before I knew about AP!) on Spotify and, though the vocals are much nicer on the new version, the track itself seems to have a much narrower soundstage? Or is that just my ears playing tricks on me cause the old version is muddier?

@@kael13 I mean, no mix is ever perfect, but the original is super muddy and has zero punch. Perhaps that's what you're hearing. :)
This artist must really have a love-hate relationship with this record... I remember telling him on MySpace how much I liked it (this was before the re-release) and he was like "fugg you, buddy."
I highly doubt I responded to your praise with “fuck you, buddy”. My relationship with this record is complicated but it has nothing to do with the music. My problem was with my label for forcing me to split Aesthetic Perfection into two bands.
Anyway, I’m glad you liked the record now and I’m glad you still like it. So allow me to say “thanks, buddy!”

+Zachary Riesenberger No. "Never Enough" wasn't finished until 2015. In 2007 it was just a beat and a melody, not a complete song.
search it on youtube, plenty of places to hear it, dunno about buying it though
