@@jonathanrfisher It's a facebook page so ou might need to login to be able to view it
@@TheNexusTCG Yup, I’m dumb.
This guy was an absolute beast in FFTCG. Glad to see him rocking in SW too!
He decided to bring over the heat 🔥
Great interview!
Thanks! Joshua was so insightful Appreciate the view and comment
WRONG on Cobb Vanth's ability: he does not allow you to put Sith in the discard for later synergy with Palpatine's Return. Cobb can only discard "Units with cost 2 or less."
Was like uh that was wrong had to go back and look. It that were true the card text would probably read “search the top 10 cards of your deck for a unit and discard it. If it costs 2 or less, this phase you may play that card from your discard pile for free.”
Instead it says unit that costs 2 or less and discard it.
yeah I had to rewind that part couple times to make sure i was hearing okay. I also think he was wrong on that part
Thanks for the content!
Thanks for watching! We appreciate you 🙏
wait so against control he was sending Vaders and Mauls to the discard with Cobb?? I think he may have accidentally cheated xD I'm curious how many times that came up in the tournament
After asking Joshua he has said it’s not something he’s done and was just kind of a passing comment that he thought of on the fly which was wrong! No harm done :)
@@TheNexusTCG mhmm...lol
We call that a Freudian slip @@TheNexusTCG
Probablity to have Resupply in opening hand (supposing you play 3x Resupply), without mulligan =
In a 50 cards deck = 28.96 %
In a 54 cards deck = 27,28 %
In a 55 cards deck = 26.90 %
In a 60 cards pile = 25,01 %
I love how some of the community were like "this guy must be an amazing player because his deck looks like it was made by someone who doesn't know how to deck build" people really hate decks over 50 cards.
@@ajtame if you saw how Joshua Plays the 4 cards are relevant. Last game of the final his opponent milled out when he had 4 cards in deck 🥹
@@TheNexusTCG sounds like he had 4 too many cards then
Great video. Can you explain where he says using Cobb Vanth he can put a Sith in the bin (discard). How does that work? Cobb can only select a unit which costs 2 or less to put into the discard pile right? Unless I’m mishearing the situation
@@kevinwhitfield5622 he will respond directly to questions but he might of misread Cobb for that effect I would imagine :). Thanks for checking the video out 🙏
@@TheNexusTCGyeah I believe he misread Cobb. Cobb isn’t able to send card to the discard that cost more than 2.
@@TravyDeadyeah just a mistake and not a play that he has made! Just a passing comment he thought of incorrectly on the fly
rookie deck builder here. there was a comment about not adding zuckus and 4lom combo as they dont do what the deck wants to do. Would love to see a deck building video on figuring out what your decks want to do and how to build around them.
Thanks for the comment! We're actually working on a similar video right now, we'll take this in consideration, keep an eye on the channel 👀
How are you getting putting your maul or Vader in discard with Cobb? He says choose a 2 or less and discard it - how does this allow for the former?
@@reidentski was a comment in passing and not something he actually has made use of after asking him 🙏
Legends Of Runeterra was awsome :D
@@lmSoHumble heard so many comparisons to SWU. Must be excellent!
@@TheNexusTCG yhe it was in early stages atleast not sure wich state its in now. But yhe was a fantastic game
Not sure I understand the comment siding in palp return and using cob vanth to discard a sith. Cob discards 2 power units
Hey! What do you remove in all machups from your side? Cause everything seems pretty vital against anything except the 2 no good to me
Why is frontline beneficial with home one? I don't get it.
The toolbox decks need more cards! I’m glad some other people understand this. ❤
100% Also more smuggle pls
Nice deck! But sideboard should be only 6 cards 😄
@@stephanec.1994 no, it’s legal side board 10 cards main board 50-60 :)
@@TheNexusTCG Thanks I didn’t know. 👍
Link to his blog?????
@@krmeikle see the pinned comment :)
I would love to know why he chose not to play Cunning’s in this deck. It’s such a valuable card in a Boba deck
@@darrellwood1594 from what I understand events can be a bit bricky in his strategy, combine that with 6 costs it’s potentially a card that could ruin the consistency of what you want to achieve
Thanks this is gold 🫡
@@kerambeach and so are you for watching 👌
Um…I am like 99% certain, that the play bossk into Ma Klounkee does not trigger Bossks ability to deal additional 2 damage. You need to resolve the event completely and then move to triggers. Unfortunately at that time Bossk would no longer be in play
It works. Bossk still sees the trigger. Just like if you vanquish a Krayt Dragon it will still deal damage after the Vanquish kills it.
It works
Play Ma Klounkee
Bossk triggers
Ma Klounkee resolves
Bossk resolves.
Nothing about Bossks ability requires him to still be on the table when his ability resolves.
Comprehensive rules explicitly mention the card that caused a trigger does not need to be in play as a trigger resolves
I traded Joshua one of those Cobb Vanth so you're welcome for the 11-0 🫡
