Practice in cs:s bhop servers, make sure you never use auto hop cause it's cancer

Also don't try to do the hard maps or even do the maps at all, just go onto the bhop server to try hopping around with scroll and get used to strafing

It's kinda hard cause the way I got good at bhopping is playing on a jailbreak server in cs:s for 7 years straight almost and just bhopping everywhere I went instead of running

One final thing: you need high fps to bhop better. The way the source engine works is you will be more likely to hit the exact right timing on the jump after hitting the ground if you have higher frame rate. A cpu that's really strong in single threaded operations is best. Intel is the undisputed King of single threaded performance but ryzens are still ok. They are a bit slower, though only by maybe 10% but it can make a difference. You want like 300 fps if you can get it. I get like 300-600 fps depending on the map
