How I wish I join in on your guys but it's really unfortunate that it won't happen since I am way to far from you. And happen to own a different brand(Precision) and worst of all a gravel bike than my favorite Giant ATX Mtb since I'm more of a rough rider.

I love your bikes. My Giant Contend AR is a dream. I wish you didn't decrease the number of wheel spokes from 28 to 24. The roads i ride are terrible, and i broke 2 spokes already. I have the 2022 model. My 2020 model only broke spokes once. I wish in the future AR models will have 28 or 32 spokes and only SL models have fewer spokes like 24. I am in love with the black chrome color it has by the way. Love Giant. I wish you all the best.

How do I get your bullshit proprietary seatpost to stop slipping down?

Check if the seatpost bolt is not damaged. I think you need a proper allen key to screw it carefully. Not too tight it is a bit sensitive. If you did that. Apply some carbon gripper like muc off carbon gripper to the seatpost. I had the same problem on my aluminum road bike and the problem is solved. Never had to check it again. Hope this helps.
