Love your videos, I stumbled upon your watch collection after admiring your suit collection. I was the person who purchased the size 50 Liverano suit from Drop93, which fit great and how I want it to fit. Hope your size 48 is being worn and loved. I am in the market to purchase the 5205G and your videos have been very helpful, such as strap information and wrist size as I have a smaller wrist too. Currently negotiating on a pre-owned, like new 5205G-010 since it is much cheaper on the grey market. Seems like a fantastic value for a complications Patek
Go for the 5205G. Very elegant watch. My 48 fits just right. It was the correct choice for me. It was too hot to wear this summer, but I’m looking forward to wearing it this fall/winter.
Love watching how you’re enjoying yours as I am as well. The gradient shift of blue is something to enjoy and is a private pleasure I plan to appreciate for many years. A great timepiece for sure.
Great video!! Love the watch/suit pairing. Idk if the 5205R is still my grail, as my tastes seem to be shifting away from complications. But it is an undoubtedly beautiful piece. Hope all is well!!
I’m glad I happened upon this piece, still thinking this will be a long- term possession. My most intricately designed watch, and a classic design. p.s. I still think JLC is worth hanging on to (!)
Great video. Have you thought about ordering the deployment clasp for Patek? Imo it adds a lot of value to the watch and won't damage the strap as much as a buckle!
My favorite watch in your collection. I finally have the occasion I need to add a Patek and really love the 5205 but considering the 5212. Cheers mate.
Best watch videos on UA-cam. Seriously. I watch many others also but yours stand out. Have enjoyed them from the start. They have improved with time but the core content has been the same and is perfect for my tastes and interests. Keep up the good work. By the way, who was the UA-camr you watched for inspiration? I couldn’t get the entire name.
As always, I appreciate the feedback. The YT channel that tipped me over to start my own, was Dave’s Watches. youtube.com/@daveswatch5825?si=gWmmjBoDNbi7xkCn Somehow, I just liked the rambling commentary and the passion for a small collection of watches. I don’t think he posts videos much anymore.
Love you videos, I have a strong feeling, you must be in advertising or marketing, amazing video quality! What camera were you using in the restaurant ?
It always surprises me that watches like the 5205G are not loved in the secondary market and trade for less than retail there. To me, this watch is so much nicer than more elegant than the PP models that trade for multiples of retail on the gray market. Better for those of us who want the watch.
@@sc1 it means better pricing for people who like the Complications and Grand Complications collections. Those don’t get much love on the secondary market. It’s all about the Nautilus and the Aquanaut which I don’t think are as good an example of high horology although they certainly are big status symbols. They are certainly very beautiful watches but I think the Complications and Grand Complicatjons collections are better examples of high horology.
Stunning watch! Do you have kids and or relatives who you share watches with? As a dad, I often wonder when I’ll let my kids try out my watch collection. 😊 an then I start worrying about them losing/dinging it 😂 That Patek should be kept for yourself only!
My watches may not be the best fit for my daughters, but eventually, I could pass some more of them down to my nephews. I think I will know when they are old enough to appreciate each one of them.
FYI, check out the Cubitus next. I went to my local Patek store and I absolutely fell in love with it, but unfortunately, do not know how long it will be until I get one. All I know is that is one of the most stunning pieces I’ve ever tried on.
@@Novilicious I’m on the list for a Nautilus. My wrist is so small that even this is borderline large on me. I haven’t seen the Cubitus. I like it, but I think the size would just be overall too large for me.
Nice , i like your content . I have a small watch collection (tudor gmt on my wrist) and i am considering a rolex explorer 1 or a Jaeger polaris (see true case back) for my next watch What do you think of the polaris ? Greetings from Holland
@sc1 Wow, that's amazing. I salute you. My mother, who is now retired, was a Commodore in the Navy. She was also a doctor. I feel it doesn't get highlighted enough how much the military, especially the navy, has contributed to the world of horology
@@temitopeofili1225 Very good. I don’t expect to achieve any higher rank. But the Navy has given me so much in return (a feeling of service, and belonging). It has even influenced my choice of watches and attire.
Wow, amazing trip! How to you travel with these luxury watches? Do you look 'em up in the safe in the hotel room when you're not wearing them? I'm planing a travel trip to scandinavia in October and I'm not sure to take any luxury watch with me or maybe just the Tudor BB Pro which does not really scream for any attention. BTW so felt for this Patek!
I would not travel with more than two watches. One on the wrist, and one in my bag. And I would use the hotel safe if it looked secure. I’m traveling to Spain next spring, and I might just only bring one watch.
Amazing video and watch as always !enjoy in health. I will start doing videos in things I collect and feel passionate about soon, you’re doing great, better than lots, very professional and quality work. Also try doing extensive warm ups using circles with your arms extended to the side, do them back and to the front until your shoulders burn, try that before any upper body exercises. I lift weights and always avoided shoulder tenderness or injuries doing that. Thank you for your services in the armed forces 🫡
Abducting both shoulders brings on the discomfort. Even the circles cause some minor pain. I’m not sure if I should keep pressing on, or just rest some more, and do stretches of the shoulders. Not sure if continuing resistance training will delay healing.

That watch is amazing. Your videos are great as well. They are entertaining and informative. I'm happy to have come across your page.
Much appreciated!

Great ROM on the neutral grip pull ups! Try internal and external rotations with band resistance for the shoulder discomfort.
Thank you. I have a resistance band (?10 lbs), but I just need to start using it.

Patek looks great with that suit. I had the same issue with press ups (push ups). I tucked my elbows in more and it got better.
I will try to be better with keeping my elbows in.
My favorite watch in your collection. I finally have the occasion I need to add a Patek and really love the 5205 but considering the 5212. Cheers mate.
Both are great. 5205 is just more formal than the 5212.
Does it bother you that the 5212 is not gold? Somehow this is nagging me even though the 5205 is much more expensive.
Beautiful time piece sir. All your time pieces are!
Don't underestimate yourself! You make one of the best videos. Especially the one with the hikes, I also want even more. Keep it up
thank you, since this gives me encouragement.
Absolutely beautiful watch!
Pure passion. Go ahead
Looks really smart!!
