    Mine blinking red or green and never charges up. Measures at 72 v right now. No green lights on better meter.

      72 isn't bad. I would try to blow it out on on the connections and inside the battery with some canned air, maybe there is dirt or obstructions. Make sure the battery is cool to the touch before and while charging. I don't have the tools to bring one back from being totally drained but I just saw this.       Hi Austin. Sorry for the late reply. Sounds like you could have a bad battery there. Unfortunately, these don't last forever. You have probably already done this but remove the battery from the charger and see if the battery is hot. If so let it cool and try to charge it again. There may be something inside the vents like grass or dirt keeping good connection from being made. Try to blow out any foreign matter and try to charge again.
