@@kikunomaru yessss for real actually I’ve made a couple of adjustments to mine, but I think I’m gonna use that nut upgrade tho jaja I believe going with a 4mm would help and be less tight 🤔 also there are some files for the white plastic piece that you can 3D print and make it more rigid

I'll get an impact wrench to the screws out. I waa unable to get them out earlier. I'm taking the easier route and buying the entire door handle assembly.
do not, no matter what, add the nut or washer to the rod, in the long run it will cause your door not to open, for me my door was deadlocked for weeks on end and took a force to get the door open.
That was tough, wasn't it? I heard that if use a nut thicker than ５ mm, the door will not open.Although there is no problem with opening and closing so far, but this repair method is risky and not recommended. Thank you for your concern.

I am about to drill a big hole in the inner door panel after the "nut" repair failed after a few tries. I used exactly the size nut shown in the video. Even measured with a caliper. Door is currently unable to open from inside or out. The rest of the video was incredibly helpful.
@@kikunomaru Success! Really, I don't think I would have been able to do it with out this video. The hardest part was getting the Key lock, Door handle and bracket all lined up and tightened down just right. Barely any room for your hands in there.

This repair method is not legitimate.So, I think it is better to replace it with an assembly(^^)/

So that the nut did not fall off during work, I put glue on it. However, the nut should not be fully fastened.
