She is a beautiful woman with a nice voice but no. Not only is her voice wrong for this but Phil's guitar playing is NOT THIS SONG. Try as I might I cannot find any video of Phil (or anyone else) playing the song as it was recorded. The sparse, tasty guitar licks. Why is it so difficult to find video of this particular artist , or others covering him, playing that song as it was recorded? That sparse playing.
