Is ALD a trend or here for the long run?

Brand identity and belief in his own works show in all of Teddy Santis’s work. I think ALD has already established itself as a luxury streetwear/menswear brand through their consistency in marketing, aesthetic, and quality. Although they’re out of my budget, their work continues to excite me.

Agreed, it’ll be interesting to see how they age over time as a brand

What I love about the brand is there’s nothing special about it. It’s all about how it’s styled

I wouldn’t say there’s nothing special about the brand, but I do agree they do a good job styling their products

What I love about ALD is how it feels like modernized menswear, taking elements from both new and old. I've always been a fan of streetwear and traditional menswear, but both styles on their own never really resonated with me. This brand took every aspect I love about each of the individual styles and married them together in away that feels authentic. Even though it's a rather simple concept I haven't seen it replicated anywhere else. ALD is a truly special brand.

I agree 100%. Their style is so difficult to copy. Their lookboks are incredible. Styles look amazing.

@@96flows73 I love their look book styling. I haven’t picked up anything from the brand in a long time. Have you?

@@WhatsTheHype.Landon Last pick up was the NB 993 Taupe collab... But mannn, If I was able to, I would buy the majority of the styles they have in their 2023 spring look book.

I love my 550s. I still want a pair of the 997s. Plan on adding that to my cop list soon.

ALD is like ralph lauren for the current era. which polo is still cool, its just ALD basically pushes that style forward in a new way

Yeah the similarities and inspirations I’ve seen from ALD are nice! Do you think ALD will become a brand that can last as long as Ralph Lauren?

I like the style, and the branding. Sounds like the products used to be made in Canada, and if they still were I'd be a customer, but now it seems to all be made in China. For that price I'm not a buyer of Chinese products. I'm sure there are talented craftsmen in China, but not being able to determine if a product is made using literal slave labor turns me off the Chinese garment industry in general, but especially at the cost of ALD.

Yeah I’ve seen people in their Reddit disappointed on the quality compared to how expensive retail prices are
