Not everyone keeps their audience up to date on their builds like PFI. I am grateful for the hard work Brent puts into the channel. I’ve been wanting to follow the build of Wrench Everyday for the race but he must be weeks behind on his channel. Hasn’t even mentioned a race
I must have missed that. The only thing I’ve seen him build in the last month or so was a burnout car that ended up not getting ready in time for the Bristol burnout so the took the BMW. I assume he will post the build on the car he’s racing PFI in soon
I love how Brent breaks down everything and shares his knowledge, and like Jamie said, you guys have created an awesome racing community, where everyone helps each other
I caught Kevin’s video earlier today and it’s always good to catch it from a different perspective. He’s definitely one of the best fabricators and runners out there that and he’s a hell of a driver. Can’t beat having someone who does it all helping you out!
Brent your editing skills have gotten better and better! Freedom Civic is wrapping up into one heck of a racecar too... looking forward to content in the future with that beast.
I've been a fan of honda ever since my 92 civic in 2016. 200k miles d16z6 automatic. I've had 2 1gn neons, a 98 Kia optima, 98 Ford explorer, 02 subaru Legacy gt, 03 subaru legacy L, 95 Toyota PU, 92 Nissan PU, 89 Ford ranger, 91 chevy pu long bed. All in 15 yrs. I currently drive a 08 Honda accord. wife drives a 10 civic, daughter 13 accord
It's awesome to see everyone in good spirits despite what's going on in Florida. Awesome to see PFI & KSR working together as well. Crazy to think how social media brings people together from all over the world. Hands off to Kevin for helping out. That man definitely isn't lacking any work at his shop 😂 I hope everyone can make it to FL2K and have a great, safe time 🤘
Also just saying Kevin from KSR is the Florida version of Brent, always positive and happy. Also helps out anyone he can, and by the way can fab and tune the shit out of a car…..
Type K thermal couple is what’s used for egt’s there as they have a operating range ideal for an internal combustion engine. How rad that Brent would take the time to educate his viewers on the wiring of them and how great it was to see Kevin open his shop and schedule up to help his fellow racers. Absolutely love it.
Jamie, you've come a long way since the early Neon days! Looks amazing, great work. Your confidence on camera as well, it's been great seeing all of you grow.
Kevin did a wonderful job on Jamie's Turbo manifold hey Brent, you could see how happy Jamie was cause he must of shook Kevin's hand about a dozen times lol. It's good that everyone in the racing community are all like one huge family together having no animosity at any time even when you are each so individually competitive, that's fantastic, it's something for all of us to learn from to each be better ppl ourselves.
Omg seeing my beadlocks in the background made me smile. Kevin Warren. Wheels off of the DCR Hotrod when I owned it. I remember meeting you when Kevin Vannatten traveled across the country for a race with the red sled.. I tried to talk to you at Bristol but it was way to crazy there.
With all due respect Brent, I haven’t prioritised watch your videos until recently. The Freedom Civic and looking forward to you getting behind the wheel and racing again has rejuvenated my viewing pleasure of the PFI channel.
An idea Brent: After you whoop Jared, leave the freedom Civic down in Florida and get Samantha to race it when she feels like it and leave the boys to dominate Colorado. 😎👍
I think she should have to build her own car. Just like the boys did, if she wants to race... The freedom civic will be way way too much car for her. I can't stress that enough. 800 hp or more awd k-swap. there going over the top on this car...
@@chucklyons454 You do realize it can be turned down and doesn't have to be at 800whp. Simple spring change and retune, run no more than 14psi, safe 400whp tune all day.
Over the last couple years, it is really cool to see all the relationships that have been introduced in the car world. What a team seeing all you guys working together.
Kevin from KSR is such a cool cat and great fabricator. A great friend to have. I'm really excited for Jamie. The freedom civic is coming along. She's gonna be a ripper. The boys are learning so much and becoming good builders in their own rights. Peace from Montana.
Man gotta love Brent, always showing us things how they are supposed to go, always giving us updates on every car. Awesome content. And shotout to Kevin and ksr for taking time off his builds to help someone out. 2 great people
Heck yeah, man. Two channels I've enjoyed watching for some time. Good that they can collab on something every now & then, even if it's just a part. (Spammer who replied before me is not even faking the correct account, lol. Report that lazy bastard)
I Look forward to your videos, love watching yall build those badass race cars. Yall keep me motivated to continue with my own build. Keep em coming. Love yall guys...
“An adventure is only an inconvenience rightly considered. An inconvenience is only an adventure wrongly considered.”― G.K. Chesterton - Brent, this is a quote I try to live my life by, and it sounds like you do to.
Brent you make it seem so easy the way you explain things in so much detail. Jamie was in good hands with Kevin he really knows his stuff. Kevin it was so cool if you to help Jamie with the fabrication of the pipe he made it look like he really knew what he was doing. Lol Sorry Kevin you always know what you are doing.
Dude i love seeing the amount of stuff you guys get done, Brent your truly a inspiration for me, helps me keep going some days. I’m 36 and have 2 kids, I know your alittle older than me but it gets hard sometimes to juggle everything and still have energy to work.
I’m watching many different builders on UA-cam. I hope everyone draws names to race. Then draw which car who drives! I’m moving south. Awesome job by a awesome group of guys! Nicely done by real pros!
jamies new set up looks super rad, compact short as possible and free flowing, I can't see a better way to run it,some other builds on other channels I might spot a little something just not quite perfect to my eyes, but that looks spot on mate
Not sure what I am looking forward to more making a pass. Shonuff or the freedom civic. Both are wicked rides that I'm sure everyone is excited to see rip down the track.
Haha love the punk.. I'm a '80 baby so we all loved guttermouth no fun at all lagwagon etc, killer video love the editing Brent @28:05.. haha cut it here Brent..keep up the vids and I'll keep watching, love your work.
omfg i spent the 1st 10 yrs of my working life making those egt yellow connectors. we called them HEAT parts. 3 piece or 2 ! those looks like old 3pcs yellows i still have the mold for those and the 2 piece
i just got a 4th gen prelude .My son and i have been cleaning and detailing and pulling the blown motor. If anyone has any extra prelude parts that would be rad. Love watching PFI!!!!!
Oh man and I forgot to comment on Brent. You are doing such a great job and I can't wait to see this Civic dominate. I haven't been this excited in a while. Can't wait 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
A trick for them thermocouples that measure your egt's is use some dielectric grease on the plugs to keep any corrosion out that will eliminate any false readings on your temps.
I Kno I'm a few months late in this just catching up. but Jaimie I would of honestly not cut up the manifold kept the V-band on it. and take some tubing like you did and weld on another V-band and the T-4 flange. so you could still use the other turbo if you wanted to. that way you could switch back and forth between them or other turbos if you wanted to.
Glad we could help you guys out!
Kevin truly is an artist. His fab work is 2nd to none. PFI and KSR that's a lethal combination!
pshhhh don't disrespect McFarland fab's fab work like that lolol. Cleets the best fab-man ever
Not everyone keeps their audience up to date on their builds like PFI. I am grateful for the hard work Brent puts into the channel. I’ve been wanting to follow the build of Wrench Everyday for the race but he must be weeks behind on his channel. Hasn’t even mentioned a race
He's actually pretty far ahead if anything. He did a lot of videos on his build a while ago. It's a monster, gonna be a hell of a race.
I must have missed that. The only thing I’ve seen him build in the last month or so was a burnout car that ended up not getting ready in time for the Bristol burnout so the took the BMW. I assume he will post the build on the car he’s racing PFI in soon
Not sure what you mean about him being ahead of schedule. Last video with the SC it was stripped and engine hadn’t gone in
I love how Brent breaks down everything and shares his knowledge, and like Jamie said, you guys have created an awesome racing community, where everyone helps each other
Kevin’s a good dude, love seeing our favorite car guys collaborating!
I caught Kevin’s video earlier today and it’s always good to catch it from a different perspective. He’s definitely one of the best fabricators and runners out there that and he’s a hell of a driver. Can’t beat having someone who does it all helping you out!
Very nice of Kevin to help Jamie on his manifold, great job Kevin, thanks for helping fellow racers.👍💯🚗®
Kevin's a badass all around good father and amazing fabricator
"Total Silence! There is an Ar-tist on stage!" LOL Kevin is the man!
Love KSR. Kevin is a great fabricator and tuner. Great collab guys!
Brent your editing skills have gotten better and better! Freedom Civic is wrapping up into one heck of a racecar too... looking forward to content in the future with that beast.
Your team has really changed my mind about Hondas...at least properly built one's. :-)

@@chucklyons454 that's awesome, I used to have an 09 Honda civic exl. I loved that car. It was just a commuter, but it did its job well.
Love that you guys all help each other out
PFI! SPEEEEEED! LETS GOOOOOO! BIG UPS ALL THE WAY FROM NEW ZEALAND!
Kevin is a true artist, professional and an all round cool dude. Love this crossover of my worlds. Just rad 👌
love seeing KSR on PFI hope you guys collab more kevin seems like such a genuine dude and did awesome work on cleets elco
He also worked on Collettes lancer gt for the Mopar race and is a big part of Finnegan's blasphemi and the 2jz deathmetal charger
Loving the content and can't wait to see you race!

Jamie, you've come a long way since the early Neon days! Looks amazing, great work. Your confidence on camera as well, it's been great seeing all of you grow.
The manifold came out insane! Always great to see Kevin do some fab work as well as the progress on the PFI side 🙌
Man i like how meticulous Kevin is with fab’ing. Puts out great work. I could watch someone work like this all day. Lots to learn.
Kevin’s work is impeccable, the man is a perfectionist that knows race cars.
The Tony Clifton clip was epic!
Love PFI! Love KSR! So awesome!
Freaking Kevin! Coming in clutch when someone needs help, he's truly an artist and a friend to others.
I love me some KSR and PFI… kinda funny that the race is moved to KSRs end of Florida.

Great working combo guys.
With all due respect Brent, I haven’t prioritised watch your videos until recently. The Freedom Civic and looking forward to you getting behind the wheel and racing again has rejuvenated my viewing pleasure of the PFI channel.
I have also been waiting for a update Samantha’s car.
"Brent cut that right there." Brent leaves it in on purpose. 😆😆
Lmao.
James, that thing sounds crisp! (27:35)
Best of luck buddy. Yeww!
Legend Kevin!
An idea Brent:
After you whoop Jared, leave the freedom Civic down in Florida and get Samantha to race it when she feels like it and leave the boys to dominate Colorado. 😎👍
But he said he was excited to finally have his own car to race , i think i would prefer him to have a bit of fun . That s2000 might still be a while.😅
