I bought the same bike recently and I noticed just today that the rack on our bike is not the same rack that you see in the thumbnail image on their website when you go to buy the bike. Just take a look and you’ll notice that the rack is farther back on the actual bike we bought, but in the image there are multiple different things different about the rack on the freedom pictured on their website. Why they felt the need to move the rack backwards is beyond me. I don’t know how they could afford to spend $100 per bike to send everybody who purchased their latest ebikes a hellbender headset when they could have just sent them an entirely new rack, which definitely would’ve been better, safer, and potentially even quite a bit much cheaper!
I received mine in perfect condition. But I'm starting to get the dreaded wobble. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to tighten the stem bolt. They also sent me a message about applying to receive a head bender to fix it, If tightening the stem bolt doesn't fix the issue. I'm getting the wobble riding one-handed. for a 2,000 bike. This is disappointing
@4damula When did you order it? It should've already had the hellbender headset on it depending on when you ordered it. Tightening the stem bolt doesn't do 💩. Except make your steering tighter and harder to turn.
@@4damula I ordered mine on the 24 of September and received mine on October 7th too and mine came with the hellbender headset on it. You'd have to take the handle bar and clamp off in order to see and read the patent number that's on there and look it up.

The back rack looks like the racks that they are putting on the new wireless Freedom that has dual batteries.
