Eddie has been training like a strongman who's boxing, Halfthor has been training like a boxer. The complete transition has been truly inspiring to watch.

We don't really know if he really trained like a strongman. I wonder what Eddie's training really looked like since he apparently doesn't show anything on purpose.
Imo, not showing his real training is an insult to his own fans who wanted to bet money on the match, they just have to trust his words instead of having evidence to make an educated decision.
I wanted to bet a few hundreds on the match but since I have no way of truly comparing the result of their training but I will have to abstain from doing it.
That being said, my virtual bet goes to Thor.
@@cedric7751 Either way it looks bad for Eddie imo. It doesn't exactly speak to Eddie's confidence in his own ability if he feels it is necessary to hide his real capabilities from Thor. On the other hand if he isn't hiding something, and what we see really is what we get, then he is woefully unprepared for this fight.

Rogan talks about you quite a bit. I think it would be amazing to hear you and him talk. If you have connections at ONNIT. They might be able to make the connection happen. Or you could ask Rob to let him know you reached out. Pull the strings and make it happen

You have progressed immensely, how someone of your size and mase can learn/adept to move fluidly, like this, is an amazing testament to will and dedication.
I scoffed at this fight in the beginning, but you have proved me, and many others wrong.

Bro, you're doing all the right things. Keep at it. I also suffered from Bell's Palsy not too long ago and struggled through it and got better. I definitely believe you got this. Definitely would like to see you have a few fights in the near future.
Wishing you a speedy recovery brother. I was also so upset when Hafthor had to suffer from Bells Palsy back in 2017 and is so happy to see his complete recovery by now.
Every time I watch a video of you now, I’m just impressed by how respectful and humble you are. Always a pleasure, Hafthor.
Why couldn't he have been so humble etc when Eddie Hall won the title fair and square? If he had, there wouldn't be no need for this fight,....I don't want to see either of them end up dead or seriously damaged in the ring.
Apart from not humbly excepting he lost the viking press fair and square.
I will always be an admirer of anyone who makes a decision to do something, and then takes the steps to do it and do it well. All respect to you Hafthor, all the best to you in your boxing journey!

I have really loved all the growth I've seen. Not just in boxing skills but in your character. I resonate so much with you being such a good family man. You put your family as a priority. Whereas Eddie neglects his family and his wife because he's too obsessed with boxing. No balance.

You are an inspiration man, i have grown to respect you so much. from being someone in the UK and listenting to the drivel Eddie hall and his team spew (which was embarresing) its really nice to see someone far more down to earth.
I love how humble Thor is, the guy set world records with his lifts & has won numerous worlds strongest man competitions yet remains so humble in his approach to boxing. He's got that never stop learning approach, that coupled with his work ethic will lead to sucess. Much respect, hopefully Joe Rogan sees this & has you on his podcast!

@@tymunsch3244 he won 10 major strongman titles and is regarded as the strongest human ever. WSM is only one of the major comps in a circuit and isn't even the hardest. I'm surprised he didn't have you on. The whole situation seems right up his alley.
This build up has been a great slow burn. I think fighting Eddie will be a good reference point to where Hafthor is and where he goes next. They might do a rematch. But it would be great to just see the journey. Strongman destroys your body. Heavy weights sculpt and strengthen but can leave damage and lack of energy. Something in the middle is the sweet spot. A bit of running and cycling. I like tai chi. It's a big passion of mine. So is keeping flexible and functional.
With your progression I’m very excited to see this fight finally happen. Just wondering if the hatred is still alive or your looking to prove your work?
