Great stuff Peter. The problem with the Rockies is they have had their best success with pitchers such as Marquez, Jimenez & Freeland who are low K guys and also their three best pitchers since the humidor. Those said pitchers have done well at Coors not because of their low K rate, but because of their command/ground ball rates which has helped them have success in the thin air, trying to stay away from fly balls (Coors highest wOBA/XOBA of fly balls & line drives in the MLB by a signifigant amount). Problem is the Rockies management has been blinded by these lower K rates and think that's the solution to pitching in Coors, when they are disregarding keeping the ball out of play, which should always be a focus especially w/ Coors having the highest BABIP Park Factor. They almost think having high K pitchers on their staff is a bad thing (I can personally confirm this).
Very interesting take. Not a rockies fan, but I've always thought it's insane HOW bad they're pitching always has been, regardless of ballpark effects. There are years I swear an LSU/Wake Forest-esque college team from the last couple years could outpitch them Genuine question- How can you personally confirm that? If they really are avoiding K's, that is beyond insane
I know you said you were just avoiding the Twins because of baseball brain but I gotta say, Carlos Correa and Buxton are not combining for just 1.7 fWAR again. Rotation CEILING certainly went down with Gray leaving but rotation depth is still very strong with Varland - Canterino - SWR - Festa all looking close to ready to jump into the rotation and at least give some innings. I think at worst they'll finish around the same as last year which is 87 wins
The Brewers are one of those teams that thrives in the MID tier, they will compete to win the division, and I think they will win the NL Central...however they only win it because they need to be in the playoffs so we know who will represent the NL (fun fact, last 5 teams to beat brewers in the playoffs go on to make the world series)
Worried about the pitching depth. Mf the Rangers have the same exact rotation they started the first half of the season last year where they were leading the division the whole time. Literally eovaldi, gray, heaney, dunning was our rotation at the beginning minus like 4 degrom starts. If anything they are better because their lineup is getting better. We are not worried about pitching depth buddy. Watch more games dummy
No team has gone back to back since 2000. There is nothing that stands out about the Rangers that is so special that is going to give them big odds to be the first team to make that happen.
You got the Ultimate ⚾ Voice 😵💫🫨‼️😂🤣😆
love these videos. Thank you!

I ❤️ my White Sox! I hope they do better than expected & agree with you on them.
great job pete
Is there any Sportsbook out there that lets you parlay futures?
Peter how do you feel about Dusty leaving for the Astros. Also do you like Astros to win the division over their win total
SF just picked up Snell? Change to the over?
Giolito is out ...does that change your Red Sox numbers ??

Wow, never knew or realized that. Last 5 times contest the Brewers has went to the World Series
Love the channel. Rangers disrespect tho. F*#k Houston
So you think the orioles lose 10 more games??? I dont think they go 101 but 90.5 is wild
Dropped another win now
Aaron Civale wasn't good for TB last year lol He had an ERA over 5
3.63 FIP and 3.26 xFIP. Better marks than when he was in Cleveland and put up a 2.54 ERA. Got unlucky with the Rays
Am I tripping or you missed the Marlins???? Yea I can’t subscribe to this channel….
ua-cam.com/video/wIncpPzZ-sI/v-deo.html seperate marlins video
he literally said he made a whole seperate video about them if you were paying attention
