Ive been praying the twins somehow find a way to taking Gillen, so excited to see you mocking him to them. Id be over the moon if we somehow take him instead of Culpepper or one of the catchers like everyone seems to think
As a Royals fan I’d be happy with any of these 6 guys. Bazzana, Condon, Caglione, Burns, Smith, and Wetherholt. Hagan Smith is more likely than some think due to new Scouting Director Brian Bridges, Burns is electric, and Wetherholt was a 1/1 candidate pre-season and those are the 3 of that group of 6 most likely to make it to 6. Also, citing Bubba Starling when making the pick? The Royals have only taken 3 HS Bats in the 1st since Starling. One is Bobby Witt, one is last year’s Blake Mitchell who is raking in full season ball at 19, and the third is Nick Pratto who was a former Top 100 and made the Big Leagues. Yeah he didn’t work out but not everybody does. Recent history when it comes to HS Bats with the Royals would indicate more positive things than negative and that should be taken into account if they do go HS bat.

I do hope the redsox take a pitcher in the first round. Its most likely going to be another hitter. But for a system that could really use some pitching depth and being a sox fan I would not be too disappointed to see their first two or three picks be pitchers. Good mock draft guys. I was really hoping the sox would take Yesavage.
do ppl really think Condon is going in the top 5? i get it, advanced bat, but his athleticism is sus. the fact that theyre listing him as a 3B is crazy as theres no way he sticks there at the big league level. hes absolutely a 1B. dude has a speed grade of 40, thats a 🐌
Literally every source has Condon going top 4 and pretty much everyone has him going 2. If you think he's outside of the top 5, I would love some of whatever you're smoking

Glad I'm not the only one. I guess I wouldn't say he sucks I like his speed and defense but he doesn't have a first rounder type of bat
