I've actually considered drilling a hole in the backplate of my XP in order to access the dip switches. I'd have to find a plug or tape over the hole, of course, but I totally agree that taking the cover off is a HUGE hassle. I recently bought the UAFX Max and it has a Dyna setting - two actually!. Wondering if I could use it for my own side by side comparison, or do you think it is too different?
I considered the same thing haha. The UAFX def models the mxr dyna so obviously the mxr will be the more authentic comparison but UA are the masters of modeling after all :)

I wish xotic would update all their pedal to have external Sid mounted dip switches instead of the internal 🥸
Amazing!
Thank you!
So is the blend always at 100% on the MXR?
I believe so?
