For the oily hair Using regulate shampoo. Do not rubbing too hard, it might producing more oil. The best thing is do not put oil on the root of your hair and applying conditioner from mid to end. Brushed your hair before washing.😊😊

As long as u use heat protection it’s fine. If you leave your hair wet for too long it will weaken your cuticle which leads to breakage and hair loss…
