I have primary Sjogren’s syndrome and I suffer from severe joint and muscle pain and was just diagnosed with lower spondylosis with severe facet hypertrophy. Sometimes it’s hard to sleep (often), and my mind is on my health, so learning about my condition helps ease anxiety. I appreciate your gentle tone, simple yet effective video presentations. Dr. Ebraheim I pray this msg might come b4 you...in my late 30's I had surgery for spondylolisthesis in 2 places..now 5yrs later my neck is lopsided,paaaaainful and x-ray shows PROMINENT AUTOLYSIS AT C3 C4 AND I THINK ENDPLATE...my doc says he doesn't know what it all means and blows it off..I had to figure out what autolysis meant on my own and it was not easy as Google only talks about that term once a person/animal has died... it's been a year now and nothing has been done bc I have not so good insurance...😢😢😢😢😢

Thank you. I have l4 on l5 and a tear in a disc. I started having problems in either 2005 or 2006. I would be standing and couldn't sit down
I've had 2 epidural injections it helped. The pain doesn't go away. I have spondythesis..I think it isn't spelled right.

I found this today after being diagnosed with L5/S1 spondylolisthesis secondary to facet joint arthropathy and pars defects of L5, with advanced right L5/S1 foraminal stenosis with associated compression of the right L5 nerve root, don't know why my GP is referring me to physio and receiving acupuncture...thank you so much for the detailed information.

@@adityalotankar4306 Sorry for the late reply, just saw your message, learning more about what I can and shouldn't do with this condition I have put myself in (doing extreme exercises). To learn from your lesson what stood out to me is not to over extend my spine, now to learn not to lift my grandchild is something that aggravates it. God bless you more in all you do.

Thank you..am told i have Spondylosis and that there is early osteophytic formation on L4 vertebrae anteriority, what is the treatment?
У меня тоже такая проблема. Нестабильность L3,L4 Остеофиты ( от них не избавиться, это как защита, которую выстраивает сам организм, чтобы совсем не съехали позвонки). Относительный стеноз из- за нестабильности позвонков. Стараюсь укреплять мышцы спины любыми щадящими упражнениями. Мне 63, пока хожу без палочки, но постоянно ощущаю болезненную тяжесть в пояснично- крестцовом отделе.

@@Sketch1994 , о я Вам сочувствую!! Я уже к своим 63 годам сплю на щите уже 23 года. Стоит поспать на мягкой постели, как начинает очень болеть поясница. Куча межпозвонковых грыж и протрузий, и ещё нестабильность двух позвонков L4,L5. Корешковый синдром- немеют и покрываются «мурашками» обе ноги сверху вниз по задней части. Есть упражнение « крокодил», помогает снять напряжение в пояснице. Живу в России, на острове Сахалин. На Yutube много информации разной. Доктор Демченко даёт действенные упражнения для разблокировки крестцовом- подвздошного сустава. Всем желаю здоровья и самостоятельной помощи себе.
