What a stunning looking car. So refreshing to see " modern" classics like this on the road, especially in the humdrum sea of boring crap nowadays. Love it.
Nice! I used to have a P reg 440GSi (same engine?). It was a high miler (170,000 +), and cost me the princely sum of £750. Similar interior to yours. It was bought as a ‘beater’ car - and I liked it a lot. Needed a couple of jobs doing to keep it going, but it wasn’t catastrophic. Only thing wrong with it was an oil leak, which meant I carried a few litres of oil in the boot! Sadly I had to scrap it in the end - I couldn’t find a buyer for it. I did like it though.
Currently got a 460 turbo vd Auto sitting on my drive, deciding what to do with it. You have one of the least complicated and more reliable engine choices there, phase 2 aswell 🎉
I had a 480 with the same problem it was connector to the cluster cracked solder joints, try giving the top of the cluster a thump if it starts working defo same problem....
£2000 doesn't seem too bad for a really low mileage car.....at 30+ the prices start to go up again, when they start to get really rare.... It must be difficult to get parts for them now though...
Not only mint but also ahead of it's time in regards to safety. A tank 💪
Lovely machines that stand the test of time, especially if they are well maintained?
This era of 460 were just like a mini 850.

Love it.
Lovely motor. I’m seriously looking for an 850.
love these and in good spec too. 2 ltr was the best engine they did for these
It's even got a Scottish number plate! nice tidy car
Had 440 SE loved it
I have one like yours from 1995, I also got from the Facebook marketplace, except mine is red, GLE, and different rims. Same condition as yours.
Good price for what you got. Obviously previous owner loved it too.
Really clean example very long time since ive seen one
My Dad had a 360 GLT it was great 😮😊
Superb Chris, love it! 😊
I had 460’s, they were both good cars.
1k 2k. All ok for a 39k junior Volvo. GLT lovely

2 grand is a steal
Great find.
I'd definitely say keep it for a bit, but if you are like me it will end up staying for a long time 😂

all resolved now, details in next video :+)
The engine from the Renault Laguna.
Keep it for now sell it later when they come more desirable that way it will fund your other projects
It looks like the speedo isn't working, that might be why its such a low mileage car? Looks fantastic though👍
Just watched more and see you noticed it 😆

Definite bargain. Check out Seaside Garage on here, he recently bought a 440, needed a bit of welding though...
you need exactly 1 more car than you currently have 🤣🤣🤣
stay tuned, next addition coming in the next few days lol
