75” Hisense U8K - geni.us/75U8K
Thank you......thank you.....thank you. This is exactly what I have been looking for in a TV I can afford for quite some time.
Just got the Hisense 75" U8k at Best Buy as an open box for $800. Such an awesome upgrade from my 2012 60" Vizio! I didn't realize I was missing out so much 😅
I never buy open box electronics after a bad experience I had around 2000. Often open box items are things that have been returned because of some defect, at much higher rate than a new closed box product. It’s a roll of the dice.
@@kineahora8736 After 24 years they've made many improvements to their return acceptance policies... Most returns these days are from buyers remorse or upset spouses. Also, if you get a lemon, you CAN return it.
@@kineahora8736 it was a display model and bought the 5 yr BB extended warranty.....just in case. For the past 7 years I've bought open box or refurbished from home theater speakers, AVRs, audio equipment and have been happy with them with no issues and in the process save hundreds of $$$. Not to mention most of them were "open box" but looked brand new or just the packaging was damaged with the item untouched.
@@kineahora8736I saw reviews of open box television, horrifying 😧
@@kineahora8736 its worth the risk a lot of the times though! Sometimes its as small as a scratch here and there.
I got a 75 inch U8k Super Bowl time and I’ve had it for a few months now and I’m very happy with it. It’s way more tv than I thought I was going to be able to get based on what my budget was. I am only concerned about its longevity but if it only lasts 3 years instead of 5-6 which is my normal upgrade time I get my next upgrade early.
I had the Hisense U8K 65”. They did a software update after almost 3 months of having it and broke the color and brightness. I’m good, won’t risk it again. Thank God for good return windows.
I don’t like reviews from those people who doesn’t know about the products. This person haven’t tested anything at all and cannot give you any actual info that doesn’t show on a product page.
This is not a review on a specific TV. It's buying advice. I'm fairly confident in my opinions, but they are always that.
I just bought a 42” LG C3 for a friend for $900-amazing deal for this excellent TV
wow what a nice present for a friend!
I have 85U7K. If i had a chance to buy again, i go with 75U8K. The price is almost the same.
First: 85" is to big for us.
Second: I figured it out, that viewing angles are very important specs for big TVs. U7K is VA panel, 75U8K is IPS-ADS. I thought, i go rather with VA for better contrast. I was wrong. I had before 50" TV, viewing angle was not a problem, now it is.
Just saw at my Sam's Club they had the 77" C3 for $1060. I don't know if it's the floor model but it did say clearance on the sign. The C3 really wasn't on my radar before but for that price if NIB, I might have to scoop it up.
Hisense is fine but if you use both consoles I would go TCL. On Hisense the e-arc port takes up one of the 120 hz ports, tcl it does not
Hisense has 4 ports. 2 are hdmi 2.1. The e-arc port is a separate port. It wouldn't take away from being able to use both consoles.
at best buy i got 55” C3 for $1050 open box works flawlessly
I’m trying to figure out what to buy with my budget of $2000-$2300. Trying to stay in that 70”-77” range. Any suggestions would be super helpful.
Open box Best Buy get the 85 inch Sony 93l or open box 95l 70 plus inch you will love it
The Bravia 3 is fantastic and affordable
Nice video keep up the good work B the installer
The newer c4 I heard has issues with green tint when viewing off angle… so it’s actually better to go with the c3 if possible.
green tint goes away after a while i had it on c3 as well
If , yes if , Sony X90L and Hisense U8 both 75 inches , are at the same price , which one would you buy ?
Sony or Hisense ?
can't wait till someone answer this question also add Samsung s90c in there
Today I saw an amazing VIZIO 75 LED for $600....Looked amazing...Don't know why no one seems to like Vizio ? Thought it looked amazing
Vizio just got bought out and people don't know where they are headed.
@@Luke-qs2cg In my living room is where it's headed.....Was really something to see
😢
TCL and Hisense have always been great tvs for under $1000.00 dollarsm😊
Stay away from Vizio
Would you recommend a 65 inch LG B3 or Hisense U8N 65? Trying to decide which would be better, primarily for streaming and watching movies.
U8n. The u8n us closer to contrast ratio of the oled than the oled is to the brights of the u8n.
I know you are sponsored by Best Buy but is there difference in quality in the tvs they sell and the ones at Sam's/Costco?
Most of the time, vendors have same models. Sometimes they add a letter there.
Hi B,
I’d like to know in general IYO when it comes to DV has QLED passed OLED In quality?
I still have Sony X850E model 2017,and playing PS5 , does it worth to upgrade to X90l, or there isn't much different.
In the UK I can buy the Samsung 55S95C for just under £1000 including a 10% employer discount
I bought LG C3 65” for 950us in Chile 😁
It's definitely the best TV under $1,000 😀
Thanks for review of TVs.
Great Review!!! Thank u
I still don't have buyer's remorse about my $2,000 85-inch Sony X90CL from Costco. Sony's 2024 models are either out of my price range or inferior. I'll bet Sony is sticking with the X90L at least for this year is because they took Full Array Local Dimming non-mini LED as far as they could take it. The only thing it can't do is reach 2,000 nits in a 10% window. Yet if I had went with a Hisense U8N or TCL QM8, I might have wound up sacrificing quality for that brightness. For the price, the has the upper edge in quality and plenty of brightness to use with my drapes and windows open during the summer. Its blooming doesn't elevate black levels nearly as much as when turning Auto Local Dimming off. I feel I hit that sweetspot for performance, size, and price, and based on other reviews, I still feel like I have something revelant at least for this year.
Just got me a 77S90C! Premium TV for $1997
The problem with google tv/ android tv is that they are geolocked where Samsung and LG are not…
By now we can safely say that the thumbnails are 100% clickbait by now.
Another informative, amazing vid B....thank you. BUT.....where the F*#@ is Jen !!!!
You should title this video some tv's shown at a $1000.
We prefer lg monitor
Only the first one is under $1000? Thumbs down for sure, i hope others do the same.Dont let people get away with things like this.
Most of the tvs were under 1k. Watch the video.
I’m going to need you to start doing videos on OLEDs and QLEDs that are 50 inches and smaller because I don’t need a tv that’s bigger than 50 inches.
These aren't reviews, just a list.
I never said it was a review. But there is good info on the tvs, so not just a list. There is also a lot of good info on these tvs all over UA-cam
What's the point in a title “… under $1,000” if you're gonna prattle on about TVs more than twice as expensive. As someone not looking to spend over 1k there was very little to take from this vid.
Script your videos.
