Material
rice powder 300g, sweet pumpkin 80g, sugar 30g, castella powder
How to make
1. Sieve the glutinous rice flour.
2. Add sweet pumpkin, mix and sieve again.
3. Add sugar and mix quickly.
4. Put the powder on the steamer.
5. Steam for 25 minutes
6. Turn off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
7. Knead injeolmi dough on vinyl.
8. Cool the dough for a while and cut it into appropriate sizes.
9. Coat the dough with castella powder.
10. Done!
