I just gigged with a 60 yesterday. It was a pretty quiet gig, but I had people telling me it sounded amazing and I was easily heard without being mic'd. I was using it as a powered speaker running my pedalboard into the effects return.
Been playing valve amp for years, this is my first non valve amp i realy like and can use for live gigs and feeling comfortanle with sound. Great amp for $250 us
I don't have a lot of experience with different types of amps. Since you have reviewed both, would you choose a Catalyst 200 or a St. James EL34 (or 6L6) 2x12?
lmao some boomer thinks that an international music shop's youtube channel with almost half a million subscribers personally makes videos for him and complains about it
CX60 is 300 Euro and the pedalboard with heavenly uafx and Colloseum overdrive 450 Euro. Does it mean that this amplifier not has a decent overdrive and reverb. I know I am provocating, but I have often seen demos of a relativ cheap amp together with a pedalboard that cost 5 to 10 times more which makes the demo useless for me.

I’ve been playing my Catalyst 60 for almost two years and I really loooove the amp. I can get so good 60’s, 70’s and 80’s rock tones.
I bought a first gen Catalyst 200 two months ago for half the price, brand new and am running my Boss ME-80 into the power amp in. Sounds Killer!
I have the first gen 60. I love it, especially after the latest update.
Just purchased this used, you update by computer?

Chapters guys, cmon - I want to just hear the CX60 but I have to scrub through it all - it's a standard now (12:25 for others)
I've tried a few amps in this range. Ended up keeping the Fender Mustang GTX100
11:16 understanding each other is imperative.
I like that Tele thing!
I’ve been looking at the 60 because it weighs the least but no midi is what’s stopping me so far.

Any idea what model is that Les Paul?
Standard
Looks like a custom shop standard. My guess is a 1959 reissue
I bought a 60 for half price 2 months ago, so I'm not in the market for another.
k why are you watching this video 💀
Did they tag you personally in this video?

@mate8115 Lmao. Some renter who has no idea how old someone is, can't differentiate a comment from a complaint.
@@Rednax_Official Because I like their playing.
