How about if employee Joined middle of the year then in that case employee will not be eligible for full paid days of calendar year

Great question! So for each employee, you can enter their total # of eligible PTO days for the year that you want to keep track of. So you can enter a prorated number for those that are new hires. Some companies have different policies on new hires using vacation, and others the vacation is accrued as they work; either way you can update their total vacation allotted for the year, and the template will track remaining balance for calendar year totals. I hope this helps!
