The math was so confusing to me but otherwise, I loved the tutorial! Super easy to follow
Hi! I'm following your tutorial with different measurements (I casted on 52 stiches for each front panel) and I got to the part where we start making decreases and I don't know how many stitches I need to decrease on both sides of the front panel. How did you come up with 6 stiches and 13 stiches? Thank you!
Omg finally someone who knits exactly how I knit. Most knitting videos I see, they use the throw method and I get sooo confused. I do have a question though, after the cast-on row, you knitted the first row through the back loop, then next row you purled through the FRONT loop, and next row knitted through the BACK loop. I knit in back loop and purl always on the front loop. Why was the very first row in the front loop? Or it doesn’t really matter? I thought it would twist the stitches. Thank you for this video you beautiful yarn fairy 🧡🧚🏻♀️
can you please make a crochet version tutorial?
was there ever a crochet version of this?
You did a great job explaining this. The vest looks really pretty on you.
Would love to see the crochet ver! ❤
Omg a challenge for me, I haven't try yet that tipe of kniting, thank you for the lesson is very clear, I will order my set of nedles and start with this tutorial
you're gonna succeed!✨
The # of stitches for zise L
Did you ever figure it out? I’d like to make it in Large as well
hi, im just wondering, how much, or how do i calculate, the amount of yarn i would need if i used the same yarn as you (50g/167m) but did not double it up + used a smaller needle?
Только что закончила вязать по меркам из видео, село идеально, спасибо!
How do I make this in a Large? Help 🤦🏻♀️
THANK YOU YOU'RE AN ANGEL
🤭 thank you 😊
Question, is it possible to still make this top in crochet? I think there’s a certain stitch called the knit stitch by I’m not sure
Also lovely video!! Your channel is great! Keep it up 🫶
You can try to make it with the waistcoat stitch or tunisian crochet if you want that knitted look! I think you can use the same math method she teaches to get your measurements.
For when I come back. Measurements 11:59
I think I need help, I did 32 loops but when I started knitting I have more.. whyy
Sounds like you might be working into that first stitch
Good afternoon! Please tell me, if I knit for size L, should I focus on the chest circumference? Have you added extra centimeters to freedom?)
hii! loving this tutorial! would you recommend a weight 4 yarn since you doubled your weight 2 yarn? thanks you
Justo lo q buscaba AMO GRACIAS!
This tutorial looks great! I want to make a version with sleeves, do you have any advice?
Thank you! The sleeves are just rectangles, to know how many loops you should to cast on, mark on your vest places under your hand so that it is convenient to raise your hand and it’s not tight to you.
@@wonder_nettingthank you so much ❤
Thank you so much for explaining the calculations! It helps to understand how to make more garments myself, yeay. Loved the peaceful music and your gentleness. Please make more knitting vids. Blessings
Спасибо за туториал и заметки. Очень удивило, что они на русском языке ❤
У меня есть еще русскоязычный канал «Волшебное плетение» , правда там не так много видео, как здесь)
I’m not understanding the second front panel
Hii Kate 😊I have a question for you, I’m a beginner and this things confuse me a lot, why do we have to purl in the last loop of every row? And also, why taking the first loop without making a stitch? I’ve been knitting every loop of the row in the same way e.g. all front stitch, all purl stitch. I’m triggered when I have to take the first loop because when I do it, I delete it. I’ve watched the video so many times to understand however I’m still not able to make it. 😢
Hi! We should always purl the last stitch and taking off the first stitch because they create a edge loops, for which we then sew several parts of the vest. These loops are different from others, they are bigger. So that the first loop in the first row does not disintegrate, carefully hold the end of the thread and the thread that leads to the ball, in subsequent rows it will no longer disintegrate)
Thank you so much for the help ❤❤❤
Lovely, thank you very much 🙏
Can u please crochet this?❤❤❤❤
YES PLS I NEED THE CROCHET VERSION

How do I make this in a larger size?
Hi, I am almost done with this beautiful dress I was wondering if there is anyway to take off the back 2 inches off the back? I was reading that you can cut off crochet do you think that’s the best solution please comment. Thank you so much
You cannot cut crochet
?how long did this take
Türkçe altyazılı lütfen ❤
Can I use 4.5 mm needle
As it is st st will it curl at the bottom.
I calculated correctly for my size but my first pannel was only 18cm in width.. it was supposed to be 23cm :( any tips to fix this?
Have you straightened the edges well? Try to iron it well and see if it will reach this value✨ If not, then you will have to dissolve it and knit again and add a few more loops🥲
@@wonder_netting I did straighten the edges, time to start over! :D
Can you tell me how many stitches to cast on for a size Large? Love your videos.
Thank you, but I can't tell you for sure, everyone has different tension when knitting, try to knit a sample and make calculations as I showed at the beginning of the video) and you can take measurements on your favorite jacket 🥰
Ooh I could try this :)
You're an angel on earth🧡💚
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your help with this!!
💖💖💖
the tutorial is perfect, i just dont understand one thing. when you say that till row 40 we have to alternate, you mean purl stitches and front stitches or purl stitches and back loop stitches?
row 3 is back loop right? so row 4 is front or purl?
@@annamariamichettoni866 We need to alternate row with purl stitches and row with front stitches) we cast on some stitches (it counts as 1 row) , then we make front stitches row (it’s row 2), then make purl stitches row (it’s row3), then again row with front stitches (row4), then again with purl stitches (row5) and so on..)
so when do we do back loop stitches like at 17:31?
@@annamariamichettoni866hi! This is bit late, but with the way she purls (yarn under not over) the knit (front) stitches are twisted so you need to knit them through the back loop to „untwist“ them. Hope that helps :)
Gorgeous both artist and the art❤
THANK YOU❤❤❤
Amazing
Can you tell me the size of your yarn?
It’s “fine” yarn, About 4ply
@@wonder_netting tysm
@@wonder_nettingby the way, your needles is in size 4 UK right?
A must try thank you 😊
Hi! Looks amazing!❤ I want it very thin, do you think it would work if I don’t double the yarn? And if so, do I need to get different needles? And to cast on more to change the size?
Thank you so much:))
Hi, yes you absolutely right 🥰 you can knit in one thread, use smaller needles and cast on more stitches)
Thanks! I hope it’ll turn out good 🤩
