This is so beautiful but i have a question. How did you make the left side of the front panel while keeping it on the right side. My left panel is on the wrong side and i have no idea how to correct it.
use a very thin weighted cotton yarn, you will not see the difference between the front and back!

Just wanted to say that I am a newish self-taught crocheter and honestly didnt think i would ever really be able to tackle clothing, but i have managed to start maybe like 10 projects and only finished 2 completed items an octopus and one of your tops and it came out perfect You have made it possible for me to understand and to make tops that actually fit me perfectly and look good enough to actually want to wear thank you so much for your videos...i have a list of your video to watch and make and I also recently had all my clothes stolen from the dryer at a hotel i am staying at and you have saved me because it is summer and its hot and I now have super cute tops to wear and very cheap since I made them myself. And lastly I just love this vest so much it is just my style and have been looking for one even to buy for like ever literally and here is your blessing of a video of one that couldnt be more perfect . dont ever stop making you are so talented and gifted! you will go places so long as you want to and noone cane stop you , you go girl!!

@@rossmoli8567 claro, para las 2 partes de adelante empecé como ella en el vídeo (15+3 cadenas) hasta mi sisa. Para el aumento yo hice 24 cadenas en lugar de 9 que ella hace. Para la parte de atrás empecé con 72 cadenas (12x2x3) y en el aumento hice 15 cadenas, es decir menos que el frente porque yo tengo más busto que espalda. Esos fueron los ajustes que yo hice, para el resto seguí las secuencias del vídeo 😊

Hello! I am so in love with your patterns and I appreciate your hard work. Right now I am trying to make this vest, but for the front side, you have said to repeat the same pattern for both the sides of the vest. But the yarn I'm using is a bit thicker than yours, so the right side of the vest has the good side and the left side doesn't. Is there anyway to fix this?
Also: I haven't really tried making clothes before, so please forgive me if I have said anything wrong 😅
heyyy, you'll need a thin weighted yarn for this
@@vinishaxoxo the yarn I am using wasn't that thick, just slightly but I think it would look uneat if both sides are different- anyway I frogged it and made another top from her patterns

Would using cotton thread/yarn instead of polyester change the garment at all? I know that you usually use cotton, so I'm just wondering if cotton would still work
u can use a thin (heavy) cotton yarn as well

Ive made it to the bottom of the vest where you start to decrease, but your lace pattern starts with a v and ends with a cluster of dc, mine has the same set of stitches at the beginning and end, i begin with a v stitch and end in a v stich yours begins with a v stich and ends with a cluster of dc so im not sure how to decrease because my pattern is different than yours, im assuming its because i made a bigger size? Has anyone else had this problem?
I had this exact same problem, although I tried to follow the same size and stitch count that is in the video. Must have looked over something :D Anyway, I was too lazy to investigate and frog all the panel, so I just made two extra rows, and this way I could do my decreases.
Can I ask how much yarn this vest needs? 300 grams?

@chendadiy and about the shoulder part, did you mean that the foundation chains should be multiple of 3, that is, chain 18 +3 making 21. When divided, it gives 7. Should it be the odd or even number?
