How to make Pacharán (Blackthorn Liqueur)

We will learn to make very good homemade Pacharán than for those who do not know, it is a sweet liquor flavored with anise and sloes. The way we teach is designed so that everyone at home can make it very easy.

Optionally we can use a cinnamon stick, 2 or 3 coffee beans per liter of pacharan and if we want to give it a little more graduation we can add vodka or pomace of high graduation to the aniseed, which I totally recommend, since the aniseed for pachaán will not You have too much graduation.
To make homemade pacharan, we will put all the ingredients in a closed container and let it macerate 6 months, although from the third we can already take something out, then we will strain the pacharan and we will have it ready, it is advisable to take it very cold after eating.
