David Spade is probably rumored to have the biggest d*** in Hollywood because of an episode of Just Shoot Me back in 2000 where his co-workers saw his character Finch in a steam room and he was HUGE. The ep is called "When Nina Met Her Parents" (Season 4 Episode 21)

is Steven Seagal not exactly a super compelling answer there? I mean I don't even mind Spade "dodging" the question of overrated on the show and picking "the hosts", but c'mon, I already assumed that Seagal of all people was a total douche and not game for doing real comedy lol He's kinda infamous in Hollywood for his takes-himself-seriously and actual talent ratio to be way outta whack.
I already don't like Rob Schneider, so now i dont like him even more. He honestly seems awful.
In his book, Spade tries not to disparage Schneider, but he does point out how Schneider did rub some people on that show very wrong (even driving Phil Hartman to pin him to the wall in anger, a guy who was said to be one of the nicest people ever.)

While he has his funny moments I never thought David Spade was that funny. To me he seemed to have ridden the coat tails of his deceased friend Chris Farley (who actually was hilariously funny) to propel him to stardom (like a lot of SNL alums seem to have done).
I really like David Spade, but he did do his best work with Chris Farley. They were a perfect team. Farley was all about physical humor and being goodhearted, and Spade was all about verbal humor and putdowns.
George Graham Yea. I'm not saying Spade doesn't have his funny moments, but he's at his funniest when paired w/ FArley.
He was funny at stand up but SNL wasn't for him ...he couldn't get a good character or his live acting wasn't good ..the only thing he did was the ...'bye ..bye ..' and then at Midnight he would do the gossip shit ...
We're still talking about Spade 21 years after Farley died because he's talented.
Except Chris Farley wasn't hilariously funny unless you liked laughing at the fat guy who shouted and fell down a lot. Supposedly he was a really funny guy but on SNL that's all they wanted to see from him.
