it's funny how such a small difference... you can hold the 95 head over a 100" frame and the 100" may save you on a framed shot or two than the 95. Still it is hard to argue w/ feel and some people the 95" swings faster through the air and others feel limitted w/ returns or reflex volleys. For me this is the best racquet if I have play one match. Now if I have to play a tournament it can be tough... That small difference can add up over sets and puts wear and fatigue on your shoulders... I recently use speed MP and the thing I notice is that I don't hit as good a serve or FH as the Prestige, but for 70% effort, I can hit a ball that's 90% as good...

I agree but you may distinguish in a tournament because you serve better with that prestige than have a racket that does other things better
This is what I see on players such as karatsev Gojo Karlovic and lately Berkieta

The Head Prestige tour version 2021 is my new racket of choice, it fits very well to my playing style which is very aggressive from the baseline, looking to take the initiative and quickly finish the point. After having tested more than 15 rackets, this is the racket that offers me almost the same as the Pro Staff RF97 Autograph, but without giving me problems with my joints, much lighter and without tiring me out as much. Great control, good spin, slice, very good power, extraordinary stability without compromising the maneuverability of my one-handed backhand. In this new 2023 version Head reduced the swingweight and stiffness, but for the moment I am super happy because I finally found my racket and I will look to buy more of the 2021 version. Great video as always Kent. Greetings

I'm on the same view with you about aggressive tennis serve and plus one but is hard racket to control many time forehand to powerful going long
Are you still playing with prestige tour ?

@@LL-kz1qe im very happy with this Racquet, I'm improving my game everyday, but I need to keep playing frequently to maintain the level because it's pretty a demanding Racquet.

What string and tension do you use in this racket?

I still have a new unused IGprestige Mp pair that I keep. They are not the best frames to win matches, but they are sweat feeling frames when your game is on,

Indeed it is. I have one of them and couldn’t play with it permanently, but when you connect with it, it feels awesome.

Obviously 95 just doesn't suit your game or your not used to it. Novak is still killing it with a 95.

Thanks for your honest review of this and the Pro. I’ve tried both and because of my hard flat hitting baseline game, I’m sticking to my 2001 Head i.prestige mids (89.5” head size). Here’s a video of them: ua-cam.com/users/shortsJc_Z5or1Iss?si=-t3frk03Bz8JgZ8E

I played with previous MP 18x20 but it was too much racket for me when on defense or preparation was not great.
I just started playing with the 2023 MPL prestige and it is excellent!! Very maneuverable and surprising amount of power…while keeping the feel very good. Think of a Radical mp with better feel and cap grommets.
Try the MPL and you won’t regret it!

@gabrieljimenez6952 so many great reviews I hear about the prestige mp l, I play with the tour but I fancy the idea of bigger sweet spot and 21.5 beam

"Prestige line doesnt really need to exist anymore" unsubbed. Good luck and learn how to relax those hands movements.

Yeah it was a strange comment. The prestige line has a definite role in Head’s lineup. I doubt they will ever get rid of it - just like Wilson won’t get rid of the pro staff. It will evolve and retain core characteristics of the line.

The pros using Radical or Speed actually modified their racquets to Prestige.

I’m not sure who or what told you that the Tour is Prestige’s “accessible” frame, but no, it’s the 2nd gen follow-up to the infamous 360+ Prestige Pro, and a slightly higher SW version at that. Maybe that’s why you found it so challenging? I dig your vids, but you might do a bit more research before dubbing a player’s frame less than advanced, let alone saying so before you’ve played it.

I’m intrigued as to what made the 360 plus ‘infamous’? I use it as well as the 2021 tour, and enjoy both equally.

Was the 1st version of the TGT291.2 to rival the lineup's perennial darling, the TGT293.2 (today's 'Stige Pro). Considered a lighter Six.One 95 with a higher launch and full CAP cush, advanced amateurs flocked to it.

The Prestige Tour was recommended to me by the community after I reviewed the Pro and many of them said it was more "accessible" because of the weight, beam thickness, and string pattern.

I credit you for being practically the only one to review this frame. Rewatching it, I can see that it just wasn't your tea, and still you gave it an thoughtful review. Well done.
