This is one of the best interviews. The interviewer is not over talking and placing his perspective in to what Mark is speaking about. As well both men are speaking with clean energy that is so easy to listen to. I am a 47 year old woman and I have been seeking for years a place and person who has this presence in the world. I love that Mark does not sell hype. So many guru so called people seem to be more about the marketing, the hype, motivating with a passive aggressive manor. Mark inspires me more then any other person just because he is so humble.

For me the toughest part of being a Ronin monk is reconciling my reverence for all life with my ronin mentality to leave nothing standing. When young I could take my enemy to the point of death and let him live. But as I got older and slower reflexes and weaker I found myself determined to go for the kill. My conscience still bothers me to think that way. That him or me thinking. And my thinking that I have failed as a monk of compassion.

Wait, how could this guy be in a full time career he didn't enjoy and spend 8 hours in the dojo, 5 days a week?

Didn't he say 45 minutes every day 5 day a week and in the weekend at least three time a year, 8 hours a day?
