My back private part effected very much it disappeared after using spat malam cleared that thik circle skin causing fungus growth and itchness from root .I had this since 7 months i used clotrizamole ,terbinafine ,tablets etc. its tempoeraly reducing but returning after somedays .my mom one day given this sapat malam after seeing my struggles for seven months. It burns but cures the thin or thick circle skin with red color and white color . Thank you mom and thank you sapat malam . Please try brothers and sisters . Try itraconazole, it's the only thing that works for me .
Unfortunately I need 2×200mg a day to make difference
