So I bought one of those frilly soap things and next shower wetted it, put on that dandruff shampoo and lots of suds. Never looked back. In a very short time the rash was gone and helped all my skin as well. Also use a hair dryer all over after.

Being over weight is actually a really common cause of jock itch around the r crouch area, I’ve experienced it a lot
