- The Plott Carta digital mapping and measuring wheel allows you to mount your phone on the handle, connect it to the measuring wheel, and map out a space. Simply hit start to begin plotting, review the project, add pictures, leave notes, and share with a team. You can air drop, text message, or email it to anyone. This takes plotting and taking measurements to a new level, especially if you have a sales person separate from lets say a designer.

Hey, do you think this would be valuable to have for driveway measuring (square footage) for seal coating?? I have the measuring wheel but this just seems like a must have..
Absolutely! I still think it is a luxury item in that application. You don’t NEED it, but when you have it there is no going back
I saw a clip of you installing pool coping, is this from a previous video or future video?
It’s a very old clip, I only really started filming my projects last year. But there will be a future video when I do this again in the fall
where does plott gets its map? can it be used to plot boundaries of land that is 1 hectar or more?

I just got this , I do landscape lighting . Hard scape is awesome . Subscribed . What brand of pavers do you use? What supply house do you go too?
I use fx luminaire lights and go to Ewing. If you haven’t already started incorporating lights to your pavers it’s something to consider . Fx has a lot of great hard scape options.

Definitely! Love lighting. We use Inlite or Kichler on our projects 👍
@@iamahardscaper kichler makes some of the most junk fixtures I’ve ever seen and sells them for real fixture prices …. My recommendation is avoid kichler .
You should sub the lighting out on big projects if the customer is willing to pay

I don’t know if they’ve updated in the past couple of months, I’ve only started using it since then.
How do you get it to measure area
Taking the perimeter measurement and allowing it to calculate based on that
Just bought today but for some reason it's not closing the area where I started .
When you get close to it, it should beep and flash and give a notification to close the area. Make sure you allowed notifications from the app
I know but when I get to the same place where I started, it's a different place on my phone.

I read so many bad reviews on Amazon I decided nnot to buy.. Really wanted this to work.

Yeah I just read them too. I’m shocked. I haven’t had the same experience but I mostly use it for irregular shapes to calculate area and linear feet.
