The Chinese mafia was a joke but if the rumors were true, who know how much he possibly owed or maybe he didn’t and went dark because of a big loss. The wide scope of possibilities playing at that high level of small deck and all the other games he played, I couldn’t even imagine the level of stress at those stakes.

@@GuruR97 he probably "fell off" in a lot of ppls eyes causes he's living over seas playing insanely huge cash games and he's not around the poker community or WSOP because he's overseas doing that and they don't understand that and since they don't see him around the wsop or.doing poker shows they think hes fell off or not around anymore. He's considered the best short deck player in the world and almost exclusively all he plays over there..to give an idea of how big of games hes playing the games are so big they call the blinds "1 house - 2 house no limit short deck" find it hard to be broke when you're playing 1 house 2 house stakes lol ppl just assume hes fell off because he's not around anymore, around meaning America, WSOP and HSP.. the money hes playing for over there makes the HSP stakes and games look like grocery money. You guys should start playing Dover, which combines omaha/holdem with craps! Here's how it works:
    1. Everyone starts with 3 cards (you can use them all)
    2. One round of betting
    3. One round of rolling dice: if you get a 7 or 11 you get an extra card (you can use all cards so if you get another you have 4 cards to use). If you roll 2 or 12 you crap out and lose the hand. You can decline to roll if you like your hand and don't risk losing hand rolling.
    4. Flop comes out
    5. Round of betting
    6. Another round of rolling dice
    7. Turn comes
    8. Round of betting
    9. Another round of rolling dice
    10. River comes
    11. Round of betting
    12. Last round of dice!
Most fun game me and my friends have played!! It's basically just a fun gambling game like craps.

By the time the book is written it's too late. You have to be the one writing the book.

Tom is a Leo. And if there is any other Leos out there you know you have a firey drive as well as a confidence that you are or can be the best. Most do not have this trait. Tom Brady is another great example. Ok im ready for the ignorant hate

When will tom dwan finish playing jungleman? He's a great player but I lost a lot of respect for him over that. It's been almost 10 years.

Holy shit, Tom is aging!! For the amount of money he has and the actual lack of a physical job (I know it's mentally physical, I'm talking about lifting/moving stuff) he sure does look rough. Usually rich people kick back and enjoy the good life. Little to no stress whatsoever. But he looks beat.

@Nick Dabbelt Please, tell me.. How incredibly exhausting and stressful your life is cause you're wealthy. I'll wait! Top 3 cause of divorce, financial issues. A leading cause of suicide, financial issues.

@@zackx8147 The guy was right but for the wrong reasons. Should have said you are underestimating how tough playing poker for tens of thousands of dollars day in day out is on your body. A constant barrage of rushes of adrenaline is really bad for you, as is sitting down all the time. He would look better if he had a job where he had to move heavy stuff around once in a while!

You know what helps? Spending 3 months hiring people to find billionaires to rob...take the rich suckers away and there will be less speaking in platitudes about achieving Zen levels.
