PETA, the only thing you could have added to the video is that you are in your sixties. You look like you are in your forties. You are proof that the Facerobics program works.
I do believe she mentioned that she's 62, or did I imagine that? If so, it's incredibly motivating and much more inspiring that watching/following someone in their 20s touting the benefits of facial exercises and yoga.

No matter what your age, no matter whether you do Peta's routines (which I highly recommend) or another Facial Exercise program, it is IMPERATIVE that you 'work' the WHOLE face/neck, NOT just the 'trouble' areas. And to whomever might be 'on the fence' about the concept of Facial Exercises----they absolutely, positively WORK. The cosmetic surgeons, beauticians and other 'experts' who debunk the effectiveness of facial exercises are WRONG. While they take patience and consistency, the rewards will far outweigh the effort, believe me. So just LISTEN to what Peta says.
hey i did some facial exercises frm anothe youtuber and my muscles got bigger n it's pumped and looks good but then the next day, the sagging is obvious. i like that the muscle mass increase but it's not lifted. tsk tsk someone help
@@cuixue-rs3mi As Peta would tell you, the LONGER you do the proper routines, the longer that initial 'lift' one gets immediately after exercising will last, until it becomes permanent. Facial Muscles respond to proper/consistent exercise in exactly the same manner as any other muscle group. Patience and CONSISTENCY are KEY. Sometimes achieving that 'permanent' lift---where you won't see sagging the next day---will take several weeks or even several months, depending on one's age and the areas being addressed. Just STICK WITH IT. It won't happen overnight, but it WILL happen. :)
I am 72 years old and lost 40 pounds last year. I had an appt. with a plastic surgeon until I saw you and your Facerobics. I am going to try this and work diligently to lift my face and neck. So glad I found you!😀
Excellent idea to provide this kind of support: methodology + rationale + common pitfalls. I had been overwhelmed with the number of videos and updates to exercises and couldn't figure out if I should start with the updated exercises or with the older ones and pretty much gave up. Now I'll start with Series 1 and go from there. Thank you!

I want to thank you so much for providing all this information for free! I've been following the program for about half a year and am starting to see changes, mainly in my jawline and cheeks. Overall I'm pretty decent about following the program, though not perfect:) Thanks again!

This is confusing. Now youre saying just do the series, yet you have so many videos that just show exercises for specific areas. Now ill go search for the series.
The videos for specific exercises are to show you how to do the exercise with an in depth explanation. The series is when you put all of the single exercises together. It’s not that difficult to understand.
