ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കൽ അവിടെ നിന്ന് Horlicks വാങ്ങിയിട്ട് മധുരം കൂടുതൽ ആയി തോന്നിയിട്ടു, കുറച്ചു മാത്രം കുടിച്ചിട്ട് ഇറങ്ങി payment നടത്തി. അതു കഴിഞ്ഞ് വെളിയിലേക്ക് ഇറങ്ങുമ്പോഴന്നു ഇദ്ദേഹം ഞാൻ Horlicks അവിടെ 75% ബാക്കി വച്ചിട്ട് പോകുന്നത് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചത്.എന്നോട് കാരണം ചോദിച്ചു, പുള്ളി പെട്ടന്ന് അവിടെ നിൽക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. Kitchen il വിളിച്ചു കുറച്ചു പാൽ മധുരം ഇടാതെ ഈ glass ഇലേക്ക് ഒഴിക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ മധുരം കുറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ എന്നോട് aa horlicks കുടിച്ചിട്ട് പോകാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നിട്ട് എന്നോട്, "നിങ്ങൾ കൊടുത്ത പൈസക്ക് ഫുഡ് കഴിക്കണം. ഇങ്ങനത്തെ solve ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്ന situation il നമ്മൾ food waste ചെയ്യരുത്". പുള്ളിക്ക് പൈസ കിട്ടിയത് ആണ്, balance വന്ന horlicks എടുത്തു കളഞ്ഞാൽ മതി. But പുള്ളി അത് ചെയ്തില്ല. He is a unique character, and this incident happened way back in 2009😊

വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പ് രാമയ്യ കോളേജിൽ പഠിച്ചിരുന്ന കാലത്ത് ഞങ്ങൾ ജോർജ് ചേട്ടന്റെ മെസ്സിൽ നിന്നായിരുന്നു ലഞ്ച് കഴിച്ചിരുന്നത് അന്നത്തെ പരിപ്പുകറിയും അയല വറുത്തതും അതിന്റെ രുചിയും ഇന്നും ഓർക്കുന്നു ജോർജ് ചേട്ടൻ വളരെ നല്ല മനുഷ്യനാണ് ഭക്ഷണംwaste ആക്കിയാൽ അദ്ദേഹം വഴക്കു പറയുമായിരുന്നു അന്ന് രാമയ്യ കോളേജിന്റെ പുറകുവശത്ത് ആയിരുന്നു ജോർജ് മെസ്സ് ഇന്നും അവിടെയാണോ എന്ന് അറിയില്ല

1995-97 കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ യശ്വന്ത്പുരയിൽ താമസിക്കുമ്പോൾ സ്ഥിരം മത്തിക്കരെ വരെ വൈകീട്ട് നടന്നുപോയി അച്ചായൻ്റെ കടയിലെ അപ്പം കഴിക്കുമായിരുന്നു. അന്നൊക്കെ 6 മണി മുതൽ അപ്പവും, കറിയും മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ, അഞ്ചാറ് ചട്ടികളിൽ ഒരേ സമയം ചുട്ടു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. വളരെ ചെറിയ ഒരു റോഡ്‌സൈഡ് റൂമിൽ. അപ്പം അന്നും കിടിലം ❤

I watch your videos regularly..i am from Bangalore and i like kerala foods..but when ever i go to kerala restaurants..the staffs..dont respond properly..they expect only malyalli customers....pls make a video...and make them understand...you need to seeve every customer..irrespective of their religion
