That vegan TV advert was in incredibly poor taste and should never have been made nor included. Some lines should never be crossed in urgently seeking a vegan world.
The last commercial was inappropriate and cringe. Especially for kids. That's not going to make anyone go vegan. It has nothing to do with veganism. That just going to make people say it's vegan propaganda, and that vegans have to desperately resort to cheap and dirty gimmicks like that because they have no good arguments for veganism. There's people who say that and hate veganism already. So it's like you want to sabotage veganism. There's already been meat eaters acting vulgar like that so that's doesn't make people go vegan.
I usually get pro meat and dairy ads when I watch vegan channels. But I have seen a few of these vegan ads a few times, but only when I'm watching content unrelated to veganism.😂
The vast majority of them are aimed directly at small children. They're the most gullible. They'll belive anything. And guess who's paying for these ads?

I've been there and I thought I was doing a good thing being vegetarian until I learned about dairy and eggs. In terms of animal cruelty, being vegetarian isn't very different from "meatless Mondays." Let's also not forget all the people who are vegetarian for health or culture. At the end of the day, vegetarianism is a diet, veganism is a social justice movement.

Never like to even look at meat in a package anymore so was grossed out by it. Violife is delicious and resealable. I am a cancer survivor and honestly believe my plant based diet helped me back to optimal health quicker than any others, according to all my doctors at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center where I had two strong dose chemo and 35 radiation therapy treatments for Stage 1 HPV Tongue and Tonsil Cancer. The last 5 checkups were totally cancer-free. In 8 years, I only missed 2 days for illness. If you won't take time for health, you had better make time for illness. I love vegan restaurants, wish there were more. The spelling bee was phenomenal and the facts to back it. Keep shining! I didn't want to put too fine a point on this, but because of replies such as yours, I feel that I have to address point. There's an old book from the 1970s called the Medium is the Message. You no doubt havent enough to know this book, but medium of transmission greatly affects the way the message is interpreted. That is, the newspaper UA-cam, TV radio, etc., largely controls how the message is interpreted. In a visual medium such as UA-cam, if the person presenting the message, in this case veganism, does not appear to be credible or serious, the message will be interpreted as either not credible or not worthy of consideration.

My animal/plant ratio became so low that I considered "going vegan". Great decision, as research sent me moderate a/p ratio, WF omnivore within 3 days! So many minor issues quickly resolved, so I'm giving 100% PB a miss. Can't help feeling that I dodged a bullet/beyond burger!🤭🤣🤪
@@malmal1716 Bloating, gas, heartburn, indigestion, (knee) joint ache, skin sensitivity to sunlight, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety.. I feel like I've traded a gurgling & temperamental, steam engine for a silent & efficient, electric motor! If 100% PB works for some folk then, obviously, they should stick with it but I'm clearly not a herbivore.. more like a Blue Zones Sardinian or Costa Rican.

Most of my issues pre-dated the change but didn't improve & I added a couple more; most notably the joint ache. Staying WF & adding back beef, eggs, more oily fish & more dairy (ditching greens & legumes.. gas!), proved to be the solution. I didn't realize that diet was so influential in terms of a sense of well-being. Some folk appear to do well 100% PB but I'm not one of them.
