I kept wondering what was wrong with that house, it seemed in really good condition. And then you showed us the basement. There you go. Up in the attic there was a whole stack of antique player piano rolls under those old eye glasses and vase. Man, I would love to look at those up close! Lots of cool door knobs and fixtures in this place! So much good woodwork!
Old player piano rolls in the attic. They are worth a few bucks. I bought some off of EBay. This house does not look like it has been vacant that long. The rooms look pretty freshly painted. Nice old home. You find some really nice properties. Thank you for what you do.
Hey Kappy. Those long narrow boxes up in the 2nd attic that had the spectacles on them contained player piano rolls. You put them in a player piano and pump the pedals and the piano would play a tune. A very cool find!
I really hope they remove all of the beautiful wood & doors & chandeliers from this home before bulldozing it. This home is full of usable resources. Look at the door frames! And those staircases! That wooden highchair is beautiful too.
Such a beautiful home... It's like saying goodbye to a old family member. It broke my heart to see the ground shifting the floor, the earth takes back what it was at first, trees cut down into lumber. And then the basement full of water... I would of loved to have bought this house and bring it back to life and love it.
Thx Kappy 4 the ride. Loved this explore. It's so sad this beautiful property will be ruined with cookie cutter houses. Wildlife displaced. Good rich soil ruined. Trees taken down. Thank u 4 documenting this & other beautiful places. I enjoy your work carry on.

Very interesting house. A hallway upstairs!!! That's just crazy but I like it lol. Lots of interesting stuff in it too, not just the beautiful woodwork. I hope someone can salvage the good stuff from here.
It's ashamed why people don't want to save these grand old ladies. This is another awesome one. Thank you for finding these old ladies and filming them before they are all gone
I definately have trim envy with this one! Even the closet doors had such detail. Saw the oil tank outside. Can’t even begin to imagine how much it would cost to heat that place today. Thanks so much for sharing. Keep cool.
After watching this channel, and a few others like this...Im have been amazed at how many abandoned houses there actually are in this world...would never have thought!! 😦🙁🤷🏼♀️
This is a beauty. What a shame no one would take it on. I hate to think it is set to be destroyed so they can build the new garbage. Nothing built could compare to the old craftmanship put into this house. Excellent share.
Another fine explore Kappy! Be safe and stay cool out there! Thank you 😊
Thank ya for watching!! Will do!😅
I kept wondering what was wrong with that house, it seemed in really good condition. And then you showed us the basement. There you go. Up in the attic there was a whole stack of antique player piano rolls under those old eye glasses and vase. Man, I would love to look at those up close! Lots of cool door knobs and fixtures in this place! So much good woodwork!
I noticed the rolls too.
I'd love to have a player piano to go with em!
That's such a remarkable house, it's a shame they're going to tear it down. Thanks for bringing us on this tour Kappy, be safe out there 👍☮️🇺🇲
1942 is the last yr the York Safe and Lock Co. was open for business...super awesome!!!
Wow that’s incredible! That safe could be almost a century old! Thanks for the information! :)

High chair in pink room waz cool lot of windows in house to bad no one want live in house pretty good shape
A lovely old home! Too nice to tear down.
What a beautiful old home. So sad that it is to be demoished. It has such charm, warmth and character. Thanks for the post Kappy.
Grateful you looked upstairs and the basement.
Another great video.Thanks Kappy!
Thank ya for watching! :)
INCREDIBLE!!! Thanks for sharing!
Awwww I love this house. Glad you got to film it before it’s gone 🏡.
I really hope they remove all of the beautiful wood & doors & chandeliers from this home before bulldozing it. This home is full of usable resources. Look at the door frames! And those staircases! That wooden highchair is beautiful too.
Poor old aging beauty. So sad that she was left to rot. You take such great shots of the details that most people would overlook. Thank you., Kappy.
That would have been such a fun house to have grown up in. Thank you for sharing it with us!
Such a beautiful home... It's like saying goodbye to a old family member. It broke my heart to see the ground shifting the floor, the earth takes back what it was at first, trees cut down into lumber. And then the basement full of water... I would of loved to have bought this house and bring it back to life and love it.
I Love that House wish it could be saved. and or moved somewhere else. Thank you so much for showing it to us.
I love this one, so sad, it's got so much quaint things, lovely.
Wow. A shame that is going to be torn down. Looks livable, with a few tweeks, to me!! Thanks Kappy for an awesome look before the demo! ✌️
That's too bad. Another well built house with potential gone to waste. Glad you got to film it. Thank You as always. The room up the narrow stairs gave me the creeps.
Such a beautiful old house. Good bones! I love the old white frame houses. I grew up in one and grandparents on both sides had one. They were all interesting in different ways. Thank you Kappy..
I have the best time on all of your adventures. Always crazy about houses, craftsmanship, history etc. Thank-You , Always wish I was there !! Nature sounds always a bonus.❤
I hope they let any antique dealer come thru first, and then let salvagers take some of that woodwork! Love these videos. Make me wish I had a lot of money!
