We definitely surprised ourselves with that meal too! We were planning to do something simple, but going to the local grocery store really inspired us to be more adventurous! Being so far north in summer is such a cool experience to see the midnight sun! Thanks for watching!
I am definitely going to follow your adventures through Norway! I loved your video! You might want to explain what fish balls are a little earlier in your meal prep, just so you don’t lose the unknowledgeable. 😅 Also, half the fun is attempting to say the meal in the native language… fiskeboller!
