Throw pennies at rich people. Get all your pennies and throw them at rich people. Throw your pennies at rich people. Seriously, what the hell else are you going to do with these worthless things? A hundred of them can't buy you a candy bar. What else could you possibly do with pennies? Throw pennies at rich people.
To be fair it doesn't cost to much. Let's say bezos spends 10,000,000 dollars on something instead of giving it to his employees. Let's actually hash out what they would get. 10,000,000 divided by 1,500,000 is about 6 dollars each. Divided into a weekly paycheck is about 12 cents extra. Plus it's taken from profit not labor. The money is spent instead of reinvesting in the corporation. You have to understand labor is the biggest expenses of a business. Even small increases like that 12 cents would cost 10,000,000.
also there was a knives, guns, and bed reference, with the crow guy in the chopper being the same crow at the end that was watching the whole thing through VR.
I love that with Ryan you can clearly see that getting clean helped him. He didn’t lose his spark, or his love for life, if anything he found it anew. And I like to think that he inspired Dave to be less “Rank and File” and helped him find that spark again. Absolutely incredible song, and I love how you can see the characters growth
I feel like this takes place before the Ryan and Dave music video because they use their younger designs. Also in the Ryan and Dave music video they don’t live in Crooked City, instead in a completely different town. So maybe they moved out of Crooked City after the riots.
I also personally like how we got to see Dave help Ryan out of a really bad spot, and now Ryan is returning the favor to help Dave with his bad job. Not just family, but they are also friends.
