This one's a personal favourite of mine. It's kinda become increasinly rare to find any new music that is anthemic and tries to inspire hope in our generation. There's a lot of (well justified) negativity in songs nowadays but it's still so important that we acknowledge that we can still change the world. Love ya Rare Americans. i love it when a band creates characters that people can bond with
They both didn’t have what they needed at the beginning but at the end she got time to herself to work on her and he got friends that he can now relay on. Hope these two come back in a future song hanging or hopefully loving on each other
The cameo of Nicky and Shifty was honestly such a throwback! I remember watching the BBN ad on loop for like an hour just vibing, so seeing him in his teen stage is amazing!! Thanks for all the work you guys do to make amazing music for us!!

Man the talent this group has to have meaning in their songs and a story of all characters they are creating makes me happy and have hope in humanity that we can all get together and listen to real non mumble music now.

I don't remember how I found Rare Americans, but they are hands down my favorite music group out there these days. Every song is an amazing jam, and every video has a wonderful story tied to it. Music videos are frequently throw-away boringness that are just there for the sake of being there. The videos are wonderful works of art just like the music; both can stand on their own merit and I love that.
This song hits different live, saw them in Santa fe at meow wolf, it was my first concert ever and the enegery was intoxicating, I felt so star stuck I couldn't even ask James to sign my CD he grabbed it and signed it for me since I was so awkward

With most Rare American songs my favorite part isn’t even the music (the music is still amazing). For the most part, I just like the stories they tell. The reason why I like this band so much is because their songs are basically just short stories with a kick. Y’all’er amazing. Keep on doing your thing.

I’m glad Rare Americans came into my life, I was so down and always dogged myself but once I started listening to them and their music my life has gotten better I’m no longer standing in my own way and keeping my head up. They have really help me with my problems and I just showed them to my gf who has childhood trauma and other problems but rare Americans has started even helping her. As someone who was bullied non stop in middle school for being neurodivergent and queer, as well as someone with an almost completely right wing family, I went through a lot of struggle growing up trying to figure out who I am. You guys played a huge part in helping me figure out who I am, and to never be afraid of expressing myself. It's crazy to think they have been doing this for so long that they can make cameo's like Nicky, it always makes their videos and the world they created through their music feel lived in and fleshed out, props to everyone
Every song Rare Americans come out with is such a banger, like most of their songs I just vibe with, this songs a banger, the previous songs were bangers, and I'm sure the songs to come will be absolute bangers, I go into every song thinking its gonna be amazing and it just doesn't disappoint. Hopefully I'll be able to go to an upcoming concert soon cause that would be an absolute dream, these people are my absolute favorite band when I first found them out

I have been dealing with depression, anxiety, and dysphoria for a long time now. I got to see you guys as my first concert in Omaha and y'all were amazing! This song makes me feel like I can gain control of my life. Like I can triumph!
Since I went to the concert, I've had the motivation to start working out, put more effort into school and socializing, my self esteem has boosted a bit and I'm feeling good!

I'm usually the type of person that has favorite songs and not bands, but there is not a single RA song that I do not like and this has to be probably one of my new favorites just simply by the story told in the animation. Your music always helps me turn a bad day into one that I can get through, thank you for that!

Never stop making such amazing content! Some of my favorites are "brittle bones Nicky"[and part 2] and "gas mask" but I also like "Milk man" and the one about office workers who are getting eaten by large corporations; I forget what it's actually called...
But! these songs do help me get out of bed in the morning because they just fire me up!!! And I'm ready to go! to deal with the day no matter what's in my way!
Favorite part of this song is the fact it portays both sides of the story and especially how it portays a person's insecurity and frustration of being placed in a certain situation they don't know how to handle
Loved this song, great story telling, great animation, having the band singing the whole time and showing later on actually singing, great lore, even Nicky showed up in this one, more screen time for him, it’s great. Again, loved it. 👍👍

Rare Americans have single handedly became my inspiration since I first saw their Cats, Dogs, and Rats ad. I have never felt more dedicated to a band more in my life and honestly these guys just need to keep up the amazing work. Watching them grow and grow from that ad has honestly felt amazing to me and I couldn't ask for it to be better. Every new song is just perfect and catchy and they'll always have my support.
