      @@hundenstihl I like all those moves. If you do the self-tests at home that we teach and you find that you're leaning too anabolic, you may just need to reduce the ACV as it can be very pro-anabolic.

    You are a godsend 🙏 after a few nights of too much drinking i have been battling the worst heartburn and reflux and bloating/cramping of my life. Got blood and stool tested by a naturopathic doctor and my bacteria are upside down and i had a blastocystis hominis parasite. Regular doctors even the hospital wanted me to take a PPI I told them i thought you were supposed to help me not try to slowly kill me and they just stared at me lol. Had a bunch of scans done and the only thing they could note was a little backed up stool. Which was good because I feared the worse. Fast-forward to today and im on a gut rebuilding program but im not completely better. Alcohol is basically not an option for me at all which is such a bummer. It gives me heartburn and bloating for like a week now so i just don't do it. I'm eating healthy and recently added sour kraut to my diet which seems to be helping. I may look into your 4 week digestive course but i also may see about utilizing your services on a professional level if i don't start to get better. Thanks again for your videos I'm really glad i found them.

    Useful video and information thank you. I am helping a family member solve digestive issues, bloating from first mouthful, burning upper small intestine, swollen glands, , acid reflux, and big Mood changes, last 3 weeks been doing mastic gum chewing morning for 1hour and afternoon for 1 hour, drinking slippery elm and ginger once daily each, and taking aloe vera juice shot once daily, so far only a tiny burping reduction and maybe slightly less acid reflux. Will now look at beets, d limonene and maybe betaine hcl tiptoeing.
    Really appreciate your content. Thanks.

    My wife had her glallbladder removed awhile ago and suffers from stomach bloating, pain and gas. Would HCL work or would she need to add another supplement since she doesn’t have her gallbladder?
    I’m going to start your 4 week program tomorrow to educate myself. I’m looking for something that can make her feel better ASAP.
    Have a fantastic weekend.

      HI @Eric Hill, yeah, the loss of gallbladder can make everything a little more complicated, but I work with clients all the time that create a lot of improvement in these areas so she can do it. You'll see in that course that we don't like to see anyone use HCL unless they are taking other steps too. You can see why here: ua-cam.com/video/RWeypEjU0wo/v-deo.html
      and here is a video on how to use ox bile the right way: ua-cam.com/video/6EhZiBE2SBc/v-deo.html

    I been battling acid reflux. But luckily I'm in the Philippines and only antacid is the only solution. I discovered acv only in pandemic and mostly with acid reflux is low stomach acid. So i tried but it get a sour taste so i immediately stop. Long and behold i have been using antacid to cure my acid reflux not knowing it gets harder as it goes by. This 2022 i finally decided to do endoscopy and it was gastritis and hiatal hernia. I was confused what to do because my doctor gave me antacid and antibiotics and probiotics to cure my gastritis. Now i am tired trying to figure it out. I am weak and lost maybe 20kg. I have bloating and burping most of the time. I don't know what to eat. I have pain on the left center of my stomach area referred to left shoulder and head. I think i also have sibo not tested. What should i do. Thank you and God bless

    I have devoured your book, thank you. Hcl and betaine hasn't helped one bit. I have raised my blood pressure with a few carbs and fibre and electrolytes. My blood sugar is great. I am beginning to think it might be a bacterial issue. One thing I do use for my M.E. pain symptoms/insomnia is prescription cannabis (3 parts THC to 1 part CBD) and am wondering if this is slowing motility more? No one can give me a definitive answer. I am also peri-menopausal and I know that this can mess up digestion but I have had slow motility and constipation for years. Magnesium oxide is the only thing that seems to help motility, temporarily.

    Thank you for this video. After watching I have questions,hope you can answer. I've been on an H2 blocker,PPI for 25 years,now I'm having,based on labs,EPI,Lipase 8 in March,7 in early Aug. Wondering if I stop taking the Omeprazole,could that help the Pancreas kick in and put out more of the enzymes it's supposed to? How is it determined what's causing the decrease of the Pancreas output?My symptoms are bloating,triggers are grease,butter,Mayo,the gall bladder has been ruled out. Stools somewhat normal,loose/watery at times,thanks.

    Hi Tony! I am reading Kick Your Fat In The Nuts currently. I am a bit confused about the “sizzle”. You say that key to digestion is when acidified stomach contents meets the alkaline bile. However acid mixed with base produces gas. Does this mean that you are not digesting unless you are gassy? Can you clarify this?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Рік тому +1

      HI @Jakob Dering, good eye. This is why we tell people that it's okay to have SOME gas as long as it's not excessive or foul. But since bile is only slightly alkaline (like 8.2), it doesn't create as much gas as it might if it were 13 or 14 in my mind. But small amounts of gas also has a variety of ways to get out of the body without turning you into the captain of flatulence. This explanation of the bile activity on the BBC website can give a good picture of the bile function here: www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/guides/z92dj6f/revision/2#:~:text=Bile%20is%20secreted%20into%20the,the%20lipase%20enzymes%20can%20work
      Hope that helps and thanks for the note.

    i feel more constipated on the beet flow just started the last 3 days, is this normal as the thick bile starts to get thinned and pushed out? Should I go slower with the beet flow then and do 1 a day instead of with every meal? Or what are ways to help this. My body likes to go low and slow so unsure if jumping to to a beet flow flush is right so early on

    Do you know if fat digestion depends on stomach acid before bile and enzymes are secreted? I’m pretty sure protein does but not sure about fat.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Рік тому

      Hi Harrison. For some folks, bile is flowing well enough to help them digest fast even if they are not making enough stomach acid. But for most, it's the acidified food from the stomach leaving the stomach that triggers the gallbladder drop a bolus of bile down and that's what really helps with the fat digestion. So you really want both sides of digestion working properly. Our totally free digestion course teaches you how to do that. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
      Let us know how it goes.

      @@KickItNaturally thank you. I actually devoured your course yesterday and today and although I’ve been studying digestion for around 2 years, you consolidated and presented a lot the key digestive components-to me- in a digestible way. If you don’t mind I’d like to refine my question: is bloating when eating a purely fat meal without carbs and fat typically due to low stomach acid or due to insufficient bile? If it’s the latter that suggests that stomach acid doesn’t have to be very acidic for fatty foods which I currently doubt

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Рік тому +1

      Thanks a lot Harrison. Well, to be honest, I've seen both situations with clients. In theory, the stomach should not need as much acid if the meal doesn't contain much protein. But for a lot of people, bile isn't flowing well enough to digest fats correctly unless the acid leaving the stomach triggers the gallbladder to drop the bile down. Though major bloating is usually going to come from low stomach acid, an inability to break down fats correctly can certainly cause bloating for some folks as well. I don't think the answer is going to be cut and dry for all people because you can see the ability for variation in there as to how much bile is making it down into the duodenum or not.
      If a keto or high fat diet is creating symptoms though, be sure to watch this video to see if it might be from other issues beyond poor bile flow too: ua-cam.com/video/YXX-oYWw79Y/v-deo.html
      Hope that helps.

      Hi Klass. I would look to other factors that could have changed due to the panemic as well. If digestion is right on the fence, the amount of movement you had MAY, and only mean possibly, could be a factor. But it's more likely that you need to take some steps to improve either side of digestion. I would just go through our free digestion course and it will help you assess what is likely going on and figure it out. You can find it here: kickitnaturally.com/course
