I´ve modified the body of my Enoze and changed the wheels to make it look a little less toyish and a little more scale - although it of course is no scale model. But it´s fun! 😊
That's a really different-looking vehicle. Beneath that black and green riot of contrasting colours was quite a good looking body, and the matt monochrome finish you chose makes this easier to notice. I like the clever way in which you used the inverted rear roof section to form the pickup bed. I have had difficulty glueing Lexan in the past, having even been reduced to using silicon bath sealant. The footage of the finished vehicle ripping up the snow is a great way to demonstrate how astonishingly potent this truck really is.
Yes, those wild colours and logos spoil a lot. This is really a no cost modification as I also had the new wheels on the shelf. To glue the lexan parts together I used 5 minute epoxy + contact glue in the places where I failed to fill with epoxy. It seems to be holding up well - so far... I have also used a fair amount of black duct tape on the inside of the body. 😊😊

I see your creations, particularly your magnificent off-road trucks, as convincing practical proof of the contrary - ingenuity and creativity yield wonderful RC models which also have the advantage of being unique.

I enjoy rebuilding and racing rc cars but couldn't justify the cost of a Traxxas, Axial or Tamiya (well, maybe a Tamiya at some point...), I just don't have the budget for such purchases. Also, I'm more amused by slightly odd things. 😊😊
