Not necessarily but for all intents and purposes italics ok to assume. Don’t make the mistake of supporting your forearm and lifting 200lbs that way and thinking your pronation is that strong, though.
@@ChrisDrummondAW I stand up with the weight at 90 degrees without any support and I hold it until I fail, when I fail my arm go down but my pronator still engaged that's why I thought that it might be stronger than my hand
You are definitely wrong that John would get sucked inside if he goes way outside IMO. Sasho works with containment in the setup. He anchors the opponent down and ruins their sidepressure that way. But he has a tiny hand. John has that monster turkey leg thumb that Sasho won't be able to grip well, plus his low hand toproll will be even more effective because Sasho's short arm will allow him to place his thumb almost horizontally over Sasho's fingers. He needs to keep Sasho on the edge of losing his hand, so the only thing he can do is hold without surging. But he won't fuck it up like Paul Linn because he can manipulate Sasho's wrist more effectively, he can give him his cup back and transition to a press. Or if nothing else works, he might even do what RVJ did in the second round against Sasho, outside of the straps. John's hand isn't what it used to be, but it's still probably a lot stronger than an untrained RVJ's hand. He could steal a round that way.
I’m in GA. Word is John was stupid strong at the Georgia practice even in a depleted state. He’s gonna smoke Sasho.
