I thought it is interesting, watching this clip, maybe the comparison is telling us why they hate each other? Alastor only says this line when Husk mentions Alastor’s “owner”. Vox only says this same line when Val mentions Alastor. Could Alastor own Vox and just not ‘use’ him yet? I mean, from a real world perspective, TV and radio are very similar and also very different too. They are natural rivals. Both made for entertainment, but TV took the spotlight. That being said, radio still to this day refuses to stop playing. Radio has a smaller audience but is still prevalent in everyone's life, just like the tvs. Tv was, in essence, supposed to replace Radio, but Radio is persistent and won't give up. Even as bitter rivals fighting for the ability to be in the spotlight, they also were both designed for the same purpose. To be entertaining and to bring the masses together. Vox cant brainwash the masses with Alastor persistently chiming in on the radio waves and catching attention.

Alastor and Vox were definitely friends at one point and when you get to be good enough friends w ppl what do ya do? Ya end up acting more like your friend or vise versa. I think that Alastor and Vox had a good bond and Vox may of felt that Alastor was more then a friend leading them to separate and now have a rivalry, if my theory is correct then that's why they act, dress and talk very similar.
In the Hells Greatest Dad song Alastair has a purple tint referencing how Alastor was acting just like vox Alastors red vox blue Merge them and you get purple

And Vox while his voice is usually clear representing the improved sound quality of the medium still has moments where his voice gets affects. Viv LUVVVVVSSSSS her parallels.
Sera and Vaggie are parallels too. In the same episode Charlie and Emily got upset when they found out Vaggie and Sera weren't who they thought they were.
Another similarity is that when Vox gets pissed, he blue screens, and when Alastor gets pissed, our screens are the ones with the glitch effect. Alastor and Vox absolutely parallel each other. That said, Al is still the best character in the show.

Pentious to delete the evidence of redemption and Lilith take care of Charlie and Lucifer either Emotionally and Physically while The Vees take care of Angel, Husk, Nifty, and Alastor however my prediction is that Alastor would Learn that he cannot pull all the strings and that would be his Reality check since I heard someone say that Vivziepop said every main cast will get a reality check so Alastor would learn to work together and instead the Vees would try to beat Alastor the same way however Alastor works with the other three and he defeats the Vees together and I could see him Dying in a way of also getting redeemed like Sir.
