Omgosh thank you, after 2 yrs of failed iron farms, this is the first one that’s been working great 👍🏼
Is it still working on the latest version?
I want to check first before building it
It works in a completely far away area than I wanted but my original area it still doesn’t so I’m sad about that cuz I’m still trying to have all my cities connect. @@user-ub7ub6yn6g
@@user-ub7ub6yn6git works Yeah. I have it and have gotten like 7 stacks so far
Yeah bro i just build it in creative i highly recommend u try too to check for any issues@user-ub7ub6yn6g
@@user-ub7ub6yn6g it is for me, with campfire I only get a 3rd of the drops but putting carpet on corner hopper and have lava over all of the hoppers
Important!! I was having issues at first, I could hear stuff spawning but was getting no drops, I realized the items were getting caught on the campfires and not going through them. I simply added more signs and made 3 lava spaces and left the hoppers uncovered. I put 1 carpet on the corner hopper and then it started pumping iron
Why do we need carpet actually?
@@krmckr2181 The Carpet Will constantly light the Cats on fire because of the lave right on top and lava will extinguish the carpet so carpet will never burn
@@Poponemaster i put the campfire there and it works alright
@@krmckr2181 well for some people that works fine but for others it doesn’t
can u pls tell me more
Works great had to put some slabs and make paths so the don’t spawn on outside that’s about it pretty straightforward good tutorial!
Materials Listed:
20 Beds
20 Villagers
20 Workstations *
19 Leaves (can use any block)
10 Slabs
6 Chests
5 Hoppers
4 Ladders
3 Campfires
3 Signs
1 Torch
1 Water Bucket
1 Lava Bucket
1 Trapdoor
* Workstation Notes: Fishermen (barrel) and Librarians (Lecturn) do not spawn iron golems during rain. I found that Villagers and cats may get stuck in the Farmer's station block (Composter) if used, but farmers can give other villagers extra food which speeds up the breeding process if you give them some bread to share.
I also used a few blocks of glass during the breeding process so I could make sure I had enough villagers functioning correctly before continuing the build. Simply make a roof of glass and a trap door to protect and watch your villagers while you're still in the "gaping open pit full of tasty villagers" stage.
It has to be leaves so the iron golem dosnt spawn on it
Do you know why I still have some cats spawn with my villagers
@@nickbauer3056 I would recommend taming any cats and maybe posting them near the top of the build. That way you maximize chance of an iron golem spawning after reaching the natural cat cap of 10 in the chunk, iirc. Hope this helps!
@@SharkyBee it did. Also since you seem very smart do Yk how to make it more efficient
should we him that 1upMc already listed them
Good but needed to increase the height where the slabs are placed because let me tell ya story. So I just finished afking in the farm and when leaving I saw a Iron Golem walking around so I agroed it with a fishing rod and used the slab area to pull it in to the kill area. I went a round to watch then you’ll never understand how much I jumped when it JUMPED OUT OF THE FARM using the lava and campfire damage to just barely get onto the slabs and kill me. It was both funny and terrifying at the same time XD.
Works for me. I had to extend the leaves 11 blocks to prevent the golems spawning outside the area. I also moved the villagers to where they can see their beds instead of the beds being underneath them.
I have made it in my survival world really it is working nicely instead 20 villagers i added 10 villagers it is working thank u
Did it improve with more villagers? Wondering if it’s worth breeding more for better profit.
Great video you deserve a new subscriber
thank you! really appreciate it, ill try and make this tmr :)
How did it work
Made as of 4/23/2024. I noticed having 3 campfires stopped the Ingots from flowing into the Hoppers. 1 campfire in the corner works perfect. :) build everything else accordingly, they must've patched items moving through Campfires. (idk the purpose of the campfires, but if you just use the corner, it'll work! :))
So good man! All your farms are amazing! Keep posting, man 👍
Op iron farm it's work very efficiently thanks so much brother love from India ❤❤❤
Who asked cow?
Excited to make this
Haven't played in a bit, nice replacement for my old farm that is now a string farm. Can this double as a mob farm as well if I build up????
Every tip i have with the farm
1. Villagers will never make more kids than there are beds. If there are 20 beds, 2 villagers will breed to 18 kids, 20 total. This means you can give them 20 stacks of bread or just anything enough to breed them but STILL COUNT them
2. Place a lantern where the villagers are instead of a torch. It doesnt break from water and its generally a safer idea
3. If you ever want to stop the iron farm, just break one of the beds
4. I have zero spawn proofing on the outside of the farm and its perfectly fine. On very rare occasion one golem will spawn outside but just push him back in and if it bothers you that much, its fine
5. Try to find a village with long water treks between it and your base. This eliminates the risk of being too close to a village and super easy transport with boats and leads
Thats everything!! Hope this helps 🙏
Just built this in my survival world on Bedrock Xbox Series S - I will come back to update if it works once all the villagers grow up
1st update, after a short while I got my first iron golem. I will now come back in an hour to tell you how much iron I got after one hour
So far so good but I left to do some other stuff and it stopped. So it works however not much iron, considering leaving it afk while I go to work and getting back to you lot so you have a real idea
So it’s been 37 minutes since my last update and I’m sitting at 2 stacks of iron. I’ll update you one final time after work (hopefully don’t die afking) 🫡
Final update: apologies my wife turned off my Xbox not realising I was afking because I forgot to tell her but it was on until around 4pm and I left around 1pm for work and I have 8 stacks of iron meaning it’s around 8 stacks every 3 hours if you afk at the farm. Hope this helps!
@@ProphecyPlays🙏🙏 thank you, I have a wool farm and iron farm working in conjunction so I thank you for this brother, i dont afk much but this will be good working in background while I farm wool
This works awesomely, thanks so much.
I just made this farm and it still works!! Just follow everything step by step and you should get it working
It didnt work for me
@@Pretty_blxsoom123same only cats are spawning

@@AjayGanesh-kq8izdo you find why it isn't work?
@@Pretty_blxsoom123are you find why it isnt working?
can you do a mix of different workstations for it to work or does it all gotta be the same
Definitely can use different workstations! Search up which type of workstations are needed for villagers to spawn golems (as some workstations don’t give the possibility). People just use this specific workstation as it is the most easiest to craft
if you're using composters or cauldrons as ur work block, make sure you put water in the center block and torches on the side otherwise all the villagers will be trapped in the composters and the entire farm will break, or just don't use a work blocks that have holes in it
1. If i make it in air out of my render dis. , would it reduce the lag?(m newbie)
2. Also, will making it in air high above eliminate or reduce the chances of golems spawning in caves, i really don't wanna go through the work of checking for caves and would rather build it in air if that's the case?
3. How much far away should '' I '' be for the farm to remain active and work as m trying to build it near my skeleton farm, will help if both farm work at the same time?
Thanks I will build this
Thanks! Farm works well, although I had golem spawning all over the terrain near the farm - not just in the chamber. This can be rectified by spawn proofing the area surrounding the farm using slabs or leaves etc. Think I used about 4 stacks of slabs to surround the farm and now the golem always spawn in the farm
you could also make a path block with a shovel !
Thank you so much
it works really well just got a stack within 30 mins and the only problem is skeleton and zomber also jump in the farm so u cn just build an fence the area except that it works nice
Iron farm works amazing, big help to my world👍
Works OK had to add 3 additional hoppers in front of the camp fires and had to spawn proof 10 blocks out with leaves
Just had a huge iron crisis and didn’t know how much you actually needed it and was truly desperate for an easy afk iron farm and so far it’s going great. As of 5/11/2024 it works great got about 2 stacks in about 30 minutes, I spawned proof a little not sure if it needed it or not
Update, it’s been about 8 hours afk and I got about 4 stacks of iron blocks
Had the golems spawning in the kill chamber but then it stopped and they started spawning above ground outside any tips to stop this from happening?
If you’re iron golems arent spawning, 2 reasons i’ve found that cause this is 1: the terrain under the farm is too close, allowing them to spawn underneath so try clearing out terrain under the farm. And 2. If you have more than 20 villagers this seems to mess the farm as well
My golems was spawning them stop
My server has a tick distance of 4 chunks. Does that mean this will stop working if im further than that away from it?
Yeah think so. Should be able to increase the distance though.
How close do I have to be for the farm to work and if it’s about 30 blocks below my house but most likely in the same chunk would it still work?
I got 3 to spawn…then after 30 minutes of waiting never got a single one…i dont think this works
same
They spawn outside of the farm if you don’t proof the ground with slabs or leafs so they probably spawned outside after 30mins and you never realized
100%works but make sure to block the spawns around the farm (and potentially the caves underneath. If u want ut very simple just build it around 100 blocks above the ground
I just tested it, the farm should work just fine with librarians and fisherman while it is raining. Make sure there are no tunnels underground near the farm and the farm should work just fine
Yo what's the use of the campfire?would it work without them? Great video btw.
For cats cuz cats are not tall enough to die from lava also to kill the iron man faster
Just built this farm and it works well thank you
Just built it and the golems ain’t spawning
@@Toryslayer123 Same

Just made this and it was working great. I built an area underground for multiple chests to store iron items in bulk. It worked for a few days but now the things are spawning OUT of the trap and meandering around. I made paths around the trap and still didn’t fix. Any idea? Would making an area underground like I did effect the spawn location?
I think you’ll need to spawn proof all the land around the trap. Either put slabs or leaves all around for a big area surrounding it and maybe an underground area may effect the spawns so I’d just stay away from that
Basically, iron golems spawn on paths :D
@@NetheriteBunny Well….shit, lol
Just finished building it and I’m very happy, first iron farm I’ve made that works, could I build multiple next to one another to increase iron per hour?
no, you need a gap of 150 blocks between any type of bed, workstation etc to make golem spawn
@@rishanthehe this is very important fact! Thank you...
Thank you!
What are the rates for this? I know villagers don't work at night so no golems. I timed between two golems and it was around 50 sec and then almost 2 min at 1;52. I have carpet 17 blocks away from the edge where the fences start. I checked underneath the area for caves and put carpet there too. I was having issues earlier (no carpet) and moved the beds where they could see them like I saw someone else do.
Don’t use composters I tried using them and nothing was spawning except for maybe a cat here and there but no iron golems I recommend the fletching table I switched to that and immediately they started spawning
Thanks alot!
Just for a little update that happend with mine! Firstly thx for that because this us first iron farm that works in bedrock and is easy! I got nearly 1 stqck iron with 10 minutes
no golems are spawning for me :(
Golems must be spawning in open pockets underground close to the villagers.
I found my golem stuck in the floor lol.
Try filling in all holes surrounding the farm, then spawn proofing with slabs or leaf blocks
Would it work if I put the iron killing part on the top where I could see it & have the villagers in the bottom? Like I don’t have the iron golems in the ground just on the surface
Yes but only if you spawnproof the entire floor in more that a 20x20 block radius
Works, W video
can this be inside a village or does it have to be away
Thanks soo much i tried soo many iron farms none worked till now but can you go away from it like 150 block back to your house to do other stuff
Nah, have to stay within 40 blocks, though I assume you’ve worked that out by now
Could you make this into a nice looking villager trading hall looking thing so you could trade with them like a store front instead of having to try and find your favorite villager?
instead placing job block on the floor, can i place it in the wall?
Mine is kinda working? Im far enough away from a village but the game keeps spawning the iron golems outside the farm
Made this in the ocean and the iron golems spawn mostly on the ocean floor with the occasional in the farm. I’ve covered a good bit in slabs but they still seem to spawn. Any fixes?
How about not making it in the ocean

Just built this and in very happy, first iron farm that works, can I build multiple next to each other or am i better just making a more efficient farm?
In the beginning he said make them atleast 150 blocks from other farms or villages
Bro I got a question bro , I have a breeding center that I made by transporting villagers into near my house so where should I make this iron farm like how exactly I can count to 150 blocjs
turn coordinates on in the settings
They keep getting the angry particles and then getting the green ones again. It's spawing cats down with the villagers but no iron golems at all
have you found out the issue?
It's because it's night time and they can't access their beds so they get angry
It's because it's night time and they can't access their beds so they get angry
You need to adopt 5 cats and place it next to the iron farm so the cats stop spawning instead of golems
Hey can i use brewing stands as workstations or do they have to be a full block?
I made this about a month and a half ago. From experience, I can tell you they have to be solid blocks. The cauldron, lectern, composted, grindstone, and brewing stand all cause issues for the villagers standing on them. Meaning they tend to fall into them.
The fetching table is great as a floor for them because you can easily trade sticks with many of them for emeralds.
OR you can do what I did and used a variety of blocked stations as the floor, and place the other stations around the lower edge of the farm. That way any villager can choose their trade, including the problematic stations. And if you like that trader's items, then you can lock them into it. Or break the station, from outside of the villager area, and place it back down for better different options. Example: the farmer will start with wanting either carrots, beats, or wheat.
Having some issues.
No golems are spawning and villagers are linking and unlinking to beds. I'm pretty sure I did everything right, however, i did build the whole farm then start breeding the villagers after. Any help or tips to fix my issue?
mine is doing the same thing
I built this in my world, but the Golems are spawning outside of the hole, I put path blocks everywhere, but they are still spawning outside
I put slabs everywhere. I used the cobblestone from my mining expedition
if it’s not working a problem i was having is that while i was building, i put a bed outside the farm to sleep thru the night, you can’t keep it there cuz sometimes golems will spawn outside the farm so just break the bed if its not in the farm u should be good 👍🏽
I did this and when i broke it they never spawned again 😢
What does it mean when there are clouds above their heads? There are no iron golem farm spawning and also I'm doing it on a ps5 but using a ps4 disc
Thnx 4 the tutorial. It's kinda slow but it's better than nothing. Thnx
I thing is that if you want to have farmers, put the composters in the walls because villagers can get in them.
Mine works, but I’m also iron golems are spawning outside the square. Is there a way to eliminate that and make it to where more spawn in the water?
Try putting slabs all around it
@player_707 is correct

very good farm but it takes a lot of time to breed them and to grow up and sometimes when they grow up there is a green one
Does it have to be from surface 9 deep or can i be underground already
Can we use compostors instead of fletching tables?
yep whatever will work just as well
I used farmers, aka composter, and I got no iron golems. I think this is because the villagers get stuck in the composter and cannot roam. I will try smithing tables next. I will update once I try a this new professions

I found that if you have a zombie near or close to the village place thing it will make it go faster
Just built it! One issue: even copying your build 100% to the T, iron golems still spawn outside of the area. Unsure if I need to widen the area or not. Or if it’s just where I had built the iron farm. Any tips?

This works absolutely perfect on Xbox if it isn't working its probably the location cause caves and things are like it will interfere with your spawns but in 10 mins I had 41iron
Hope someone sees this. Would it be possible to build another one of these let’s say 10 blocks from the first one so you can have two going in at once for double the efficiency? Would that be possible?
Like it would be two separate farms, but in the same trunk/render distance, so you can load both farms, would that work?
They're considered a village, which is why you need the beds and workstations as well as building 150+ blocks away from any other village, they would probably interfere with each other
You could definitely stack them as long as you have them above one another in the right amount of distant. Theres a video on how iron golem farms work for bedrock (I don’t have the link nor name as I tend to forget stuff but I’m sure you’ll find it)
Also you could always copy your world and build it in creative for testing
Is this still working if I leave it mining or i need to afk ?
U need to be close by in order 4 it to work
Depends how far you're mining from it. But I'm gonna say no. Think of the afk zone as that of the water conduit's effect. You must be within that block sized radius for it to work.
No golems are spawning. Hopper system is working fine, just no golems. Help!
Why does my villagers keep disconnecting with the bed and linking with the bed
Are There Any Other Beds Nearby?
there should be no beds in 150 block radius of the farm
150 blocks away from another village/ villagers, what if I just raid the village on my island and relocate them 50 blocks away for convenience?
As of February 11th this works in bedrock. I even made it in a village next to a cave
Delete the workstations in the village and all the beds
And put the villagers in the hole and breed. Super easy
Mine won’t spawn any golems do you have a solution
Ah i love this but my only problem sih.... my main base have a villager trading hall and i dont really want to build like 150 block away so idk if gonna make it right now or anytime soon (but i will make it just need a planning first)
Love this
it worked perfectly for a long time now i expanded my base and it isnt working anymore. all i did was light up more area around so mobs stopped spawning near my base and now no golems are spawning in the pit. there is no cave or anything like that as i mentioned it worked perfectly before and ive checked for a cave.
same. are you find the problem?
Its not working for me. Had to keep breaking beds and tables until they all synced up right. The only thing to spawn is cats and they keep going in the fire and dying.
Could this work if it’s only 100 blocks away from a breeder?
This is sooo help ful
Would there be a problem if it is close to a Trading Center?
Thank bro
Can I take a bunch of villagers break their beds and move them into the hole instead of going 150 blocks away?

Also put leaves and slabs on boundary so that iron golem don't spawn anywhere else.
Also check that you have bedrock edition of Minecraft or not.

should i add a zombie to the farm or will the rates stay the same
no need for zombie, zombie only helps in java edition
Will this farm work if I have a villager trading hall with no beds next to it?
Yup
I see you saw my comment on your original video. Sadly, there are still better ways to make this a trader farm and more.
If anyone is on Xbox, let me know and I'll happily invite you to my world to show you my setup. And yes, it's initial design is based on the version of this without trading with the villagers. I just have it setup much better then this (no offense) and have added a usedul feature to it.
I'm on playstation, what can be changed/improved?
@KeiJT
1) Forget about how he has the chest and hoppers setup. Instead, setup a short bubble elevator. It will require a dropper, a comparator, a repeater, and a little redstone dust. And then have your iron farm's bubble elevator lead into a simple 2 or more line of auto sorted chest. That way the poppies, a d string are separated from the iron.
2) Concerning the room with the villagers: Do as he does, but on the lower block of the outer wall, place non-block changed work stations. ONLY DO THIS AFTER YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR ADULT VILLAGERS. Then on top of those stations, place a trap door so you can access the villagers. Now, dig a path down to the outside of their room. Finally, dig out a outer inderground path around the the room. Use this path to access each villager via the trap doors. Be sure to light up the outer path to prevent mob spawns.
Alternatively, instead of using the outer path and trap doors, just have a ladder (minus the bottom one) leading to a tiny room and place a door. Just note that villagers will open the door and enter the tiny room. This is why you wouldn't want the bottome ladder in place.
Having the outer path and the trap doors around it, makes it MUCH easier to reach specific traders. Of course, a door makes it even easier.
If I can get my OBS recordings to not lag (slow pc), then I might make a short show and tell of my setup.
Is the farm going to be more efficient if i make the spwan platform out of magma blocks, also does having 10 tamed cats improve the spwan rates since cats spwan limit is 10
@Xzenobi
I wouldn't use Magma blocks anywhere near villagers. You end up risking the villagers glitching into it as they pop in when you re-enter the area. Magma blocks have an interactive element to them, and this, though rare, tends to spawn nearby mobs into it it briefly. I've not tried it on my farm, but I'm also not willing to risk a villager or two.
Now, if you're thinking Magma blocks will pull the golem down into them, then don't. You'll first have to replace the blocks with Soul Soil and add kelp to, to convert the water to work with the Magma blocks. Doing this runs the risk of flooding the villagers below and drowning them. This also highly runs the risk of the golem dying before he reaches the hoppers, and his dropped items will just sit on the Magma blocks.
As for cats, I have 10 tamed cats near my farm, and I've had no issues. They do seem to have the golem spawn more often. Just not during a storm. Due to my tamed cats, no cats spawn in my farm, meaning it doesn't produce any string for me. I have plenty of webs already, so string isn't a concern for me.
If anyone would like a quick video of my setup, then let me know.
how many blocks away can you be for the farm to still work?
You must be on the same chunk
