Nice one but I think you need to do more research on engine parts and name.
That you call a stoper beside the carburetor is not serving the purpose of a stoper so it's can't be in named after that purpose.
Moreover Sir.
Servicing and cleaning a carburetor I not limited to using petrol to wash only...
There is a specific material used to servicing carburetor.
The said carburetor you concluded not been faulty may be faulty... Reason being that you never test run the Gen with load so please always respect your clients complain if you don't want to look incompetent before your clients.

However the carburetor is not faulty
Carburetor worked perfectly immediately the inlet manifold Gasket was fixed as adviced in the video, the Gen worked perfectly.
Yes there is a cleaning agent for carburetors but in absence of the cleaning Agent petrol is used...
The term stopper (ie to stop heat transfer) it is a colloquial term used in our small engine market in this environment... However the black thick plastic is officially called a spacer, some categories of people may call it an insulator block. It's function is basically to insulate the carburetor from heat preventing vapour lock and ensuring proper fuel flow.
