@@four4four636common lie. The right way will always get you paid. The fast way will get you more but then those who hire you out will soon realize you aren’t worth the money.

I love it. I charge $35 for each hole like that. You just made me a lot of money. I subscribed. You'll be at 1000 subscribers before you now it. Tip. Add three items to your title. There is more chance the UA-cam will pick it up. For example: *Easiest/Fastest Way to Patch a sheetrock hole. Best 20 Minute Mud. Best Adhesive*
You will get more recommended views from guys like me, who surf for repair ideas.
Don't worry about the title being long. You are pitching to the algorithm and to people.

Can't argue that it's not super fast.

I'll have to try this. I've been just using tape. Do you do the same patches with holes on the wall or do you stick with tape? And how far are you skimming these patches out compared to tape?

Amazing I thought I was the only person tried this. I used to use 5 filler then , fusion blue tape. always would get that stupid sag , instead I use dura bond mixed real heavy, no shrinking it has to be dura bond not quick set. I definitely like this method, I now carry both. 20 dura bond is better just never find it. Hopefully someone new to finishing will pay attention and learn a great learned lesson saving them hrs of time.

Yeah man, I have taped them, fiba fused them and done California patches. Always have to build them out to cover the hump you get from the hole. These patches allow it to sit completely flat so there is not much effort to cover. I have used these to cover 8” and 10” holes as well, using the bigger ones.

Someone paying attention will learn a really good time saver, nothing like having things to fix on second coat. 😂

@@kidjetrecon7153 tell me about it. Happens though. I have been at it since 19 and lord knows I had to catch up some things on skimming day so it would sand.

@@kidjetrecon7153 tell me about it. Happens a lot in this trade when trying to make some time. I have been doing this since 19, now at 46 I don’t miss to much, but I know the fastest ways to catch things up, 5 minute mud and 20 minute mud can save a lot of time.

@@manwithapan I’m actually missing everything right now laid up for the second time sense I was 46, in a big hurry two weeks ago walked out onto a platform with stilts missed the board coming back up the stairs , sitting here with a bruised kidney and colon backed up over taking medication, I knew taking anything wouldn’t agree, kidneys a real pain in the butt but being full of shit in pain really sucks. Hopefully I’m going to try and get back at it on Thursday, I don’t do real well sitting. Going to be 63 and it’s really hard getting back into everything after being shot down for two weeks. Plus my wife is driving we crazy, you have a blessed day. Keep teaching.
