  • So many people have been raised and are in dysfunctional families without even knowing it. This has caused lots of childhood trauma which affects the way we relate in our relationships. Angella, a phycologists broke down how to identify dysfunction in a family and the roles we taken on due to this dysfunction.

    Thank you Lisa for this. I grew up in a terribly dysfunctional family and I cannot even begin to tell you how horribly the trauma affected me. But I went to therapy in my adulthood and am very healed now. Adults should normalise going to therapy to break these traumas and curses so that our children have better and healthier childhoods.

    I grew up in such a family and really a victim always blaming blaming but I believe God healed my thinking and I will be a good mom in my family 🙌🙌 thanks Lisa ❤️ thanks Angela ❤
