Puzzles it is🥳🥳
Oh Lisa, I can relate! In my first pregnancy, I experienced pelvic pain and shocks in my right leg just 1 month into the pregnancy, this went on till I delivered my baby. One time I was walking in town on a shopping spree (5months) then this pain shot its shot. Some kind men helped me get a place to sit as fast as they could because I Screamed so loud. Emy gynaea lot
2. Next thing, my right foot begins to swell, same leg! Am a size 38 but had to move to size 39 for just the right foot that couldn't fit in my normal shoes. This time the Gynae run tests to rule out Gestational Diabetes, but it turned out negative and I was given compression stockings. The swelling persisted three weeks after delivery.
3. Sudden shooting pain in the umbilical cord that was about month 7, it would go on for about 10 minutes. It was worrying.
4. Extreme thirst in the night, even water couldn't quench. I resorted to chewing gum throughout the night and this worked for me.
5. Throughout my pregnancy I was just glowing, I turned a bit lighter. Oh, I was so lovely and beautiful. I would take walks to the mall and would even attract attention of unruly men. (Not proud of this because am married and didn't even dress Indecent) BUT ALAS! the day I delivered my baby, I became the opposite. I was so Ugly, so dark! so puffed up, I always looked like I was coming out of bed. The dark mask on my face lasted 9 months after delivery, I had to seek help, get a few creams just to look better.
6. Then the day I delivered, I happened to go to the bathroom, while I was busy doing my business, I saw some long thing pooping out of my number two. I was shocked! I think it was my rectum. I didn't talk about it, I silently went to bed and prayed, next day I went to the bathroom, nothing pooped out thank God!
Ohhh my! Thanks for sharing! As for the shooting pains 😭😭😭😭
Thank you for sharing 😊

Everyone’s struggles during and after pregnancy are different I had my fair share😅
The strength of a woman I can never underestimate❤
Indeed
This was really informative. Thank you so much for the video.❤️🇿🇦
Glad it was helpful!
I just discovered this channel and i love it😍. watching from Kenya.
Awesome! Thank you!
You literally shared real issues we go through during and after pregnancy. I've been through my fair share with 3 kids but as yoy said, we somehow eventually overcome these issues. We put so much pressure on ourselves and society is not kind either. Nevertheless we soldier on and learn to appreciate where we are at. Great topic Lisa. Keep up the good work.
Thank you
With my third pregnancy, I have experienced a lot of hair growth and some skin infections( saw a dermatologist and was given what to apply)then I also experienced gum sensitivity.
Mothers are super heroes
Thank you Lisa you help a lot of people out there. Just found out the reason why i nolonger wear my usual shoe size, been confused but i have to accept now.
Ohh Bambi it’s time to buy shoes😭
Love this 😂. The deflation description was killer 🤣.
I struggled with hip pain at literally 2 months pregnant it was crazy..despite all kinds of supplements. I was literally dragging my foot and limping 😢and knew I was heading to bed rest. I was stressed 😩. Then a gyn gave me a miracle drug and it was gone in a week! I thank God 🙏
I also forgot that pelvic pain. I was walking like a duck 🦆

The hair is from Ashraf’s salon Ntinda 0700 305 134
Gal. Watching this 4days postpartum with my 3rd child. I love it when we are raw and vulnerable. I’m ready for whatever but gotta feed this kid all the way till she is tired.
Also, usually, my feet swell but not this time, they just hurt all the way todate so it’s good to hear that it happens and there’s some help cz I’m gonna look for it. My feet…esp the right side.
Awwww all the best my dear!! Congs
Thanks for sharing and encouraging me Lisa 🙏 your explaining all my experience i thought of 5 children so far 2 but😱
You can do it! Hahah
Thankyou so much Lisa, now I cannot be hard on myself
I’m glad I could help
Aaaah that foot pain... now i can relate....
Moms are heroes indeed 😅 As a fellow shoe lover I can relate to saying good bye to your nice shoes because of increased shoe size 🥲
It’s so sad
My mom has always been forgetting where she put her keys since childhood we got a keyboard at home just so she can hang her keys,I never knew it was mom brain 😂
She’s struggling 😂😂😂
the nose is the most............................🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
That's the one thing I survived and pray God keeps away from my cup of suffering 😆 Like people reached a point of asking me why my face and nose are not swelling...
You forgot the glow motherhood brings...i feel women look prettier after birth ❤❤
Eh not everyone 😂
😂😂I love your outlook girl, but for 3months postpartum I looked like a bloated, darkened blob. But I didn't mind too much coz my baby was well and so was I
I got teeth sensitivity..all things had to be lukewarm or else the teeth would hurt for hours. 6months postpartum, two had to be removed coz they were shaking in their sockets. I treasure my babies, but losing my teeth hasnt been nice😂
Ohh dear so sorry
Kindly share the examples or types of vitamins pregnant women can or should take. Was very clueless about these, yet I had always seen them in pharmacies long before I had a single thought about marriage or pregnancy. I didn't take a single vitamin except iron supplements and folic acid. I am told they can help replenish lost hair, nutrients etc. Actually me I struggled more with stunted growth everywhere and hairloss than growth. To this day, 17mths later. Though I have noticed the hair growth (except on my head) is "picking up speed again" 😂 as of 2mths back
Pregnacare is a good one
Memory loss is crazy on me...I forgot everythg....even birthdays...its sooo bad....
Choka people think we are pretending
the worst experience for me was having toothache at 8 months and increased gum sensitivity and the dentist could not do anything apart from prescribing paracetamol. I asked mums around me and non had experienced it and when I googled, the statistics showed about 15% of pregnant women.
Oh dear
I can relate. I got this too
Pregnancy was never kind to me 😂, no pictures please & I was in denial about the shoe size but recently allowed 😂😂😂
