I looked it up on a weather site. In San Diego we get what is called Moody May and Gloomy June where days can be overcast and still in the 60s (so not a lot warmer than it is in February). Much of the OC is farther inland, and it looks like by April it is in the mid 70s. So springtime inland (Irvine, Tustin, etc) looks pretty good, sunny and mid 70s but it will still be chilly near the coast.

A nice ride along the Creek , here in New England we call it a Brook .
Would you say spring is the best time to bike in OC in general???
